teardropcat went rogue so the electrical alliance (containing fannycat!) has to go deal with it themselves
i'll spare you the details but basically fannycat chased teardropcat around, teardropcat became the ocean (THIS WAS WAY BEFORE THIS HAPPENED IN TPOT BTW, JUST SAYING), was like "haha, you can't follow me now" but then fannycat went "screw you" and swam anyways (since she has a plug tail, it could be fatal to put it underwater), also apparently she's a swimmer, and then they both get zapped real hard
