The Control Method

Hello my ppl

This is a method I created last night but I didn't try because I fell asleep.

Also this method is inspired by a line in the song Wait For It from Hamilton that says "I am the one thing in life I can control". And really, ourselves is the only thing we can control.

And basically shifting is moving your consciousness to another reality. And so we should be able to control our consciousness and shift.

So here are the steps of the method:

1. Count to whatever number you want. Other shifters say that to 100 but I'd count only to 99 just to mess around. Basically just count.

2. Say affirmations like "I'm in control" "I can control my consciousness" and stuff like that. Also mix it with the regular affirmations bc there isn't much to say with "control" but anyways.

3. Once you feel symptoms, do whatever you want. Keep saying affirmations, visualise, focus on your breathing... Anything you feel like doing.

I'll try this method tonight. I feel like I have to shift with this one bc it's Hamilton inspired and I'm literally obsessed with the musical rn.

Tomorrow I'll update if it worked.
