Hello my ppl.

I haven't tried to shift for almost a month but I was focusing on finishing my 20+ pages long script on Google Docs.

Anyways, last night I didn't try before going to sleep but I woke up like at 6 am and it's weekend so I went back asleep but I thought of trying the Back to sleep Method.

I started affirming things like "When I fall back asleep I'm going to wake up in my DR" or "I'm close to my DR" and stuff like that. I started seeing lights and feeling everything kind of different but I had a song stuck in my head that I don't really like and didn't make me feel like shifting and I fell asleep.

I didn't shift but I'm motivated again so I'll try more often now.
