Hey my ppl.

This is my method that I made up but I don't know if someone already thought it.

Well, onto the method:

1. Lay down in a comfortable position.

2. Close your eyes and imagine you're in your dr.

3. Imagine that it's night (or any time of the day) and your thoughts in that moment.

4. Imagine the things happening around you (no need to visualise). As example, it's night and you're hearing the other people that live with you talking, or if you're starting to see lights, instead of thinking of it as a symptom, think "why is someone turning the lights on that late" and things like this.

Idk if I made myself clear but it worked for me so...

Now is past 1 am, I'm at a friend's house watching Stranger Things and tonight I'm not trying to shift cuz I'm having a sleepover.
