It started with an Accident...

Chapter 63

I don't know why Roohi liked him so much, I knew that Mihir was not bad though he has always been angry with me.

I went to them to ask Mahi for a dance and glared at Roohi, reminding her not to be alone with him.

" Excuse me, may I have this dance with you, Mahi? " I asked. She didn't even turn to look at me and caught Vihan's hand and went to the dance floor saying, " Let's go and dance, Vihan. "

What was that??

" What the hell?? " I said and looked at Roohi. Even she looked upset.

Almost jealous... She liked Vihan??

No!!! I will beat him to a pulp. I looked at Mahi dancing with him, he said something and she was smiling at Vihan shyly.

Why?

Was she still angry with me for what I did at that party at their place three years ago?

Oh, my love, please forgive me for that. I promise,  now I am not going to back out because of your dad or any of your brothers.

I love you and you are mine.

Though I tried to talk to her but could not get a chance, I even saw her dancing with Sahaj, Mohak, and Ruhan. But she didn't even look at me as if I was absolutely invisible or she had forgotten about me.

It hurt me to see her ignoring me like that when I spent every hour of each day of the last three years thinking about her, missing her.

I was looking for a chance to go and talk to her, but just then, I got a phone call from some old client for an urgent order, I took the call and made the arrangements for the instant dispatch of the order. When I was free,  I looked for her but could not find her, Just then I  saw them coming in with Saanjh. They both looked very tense and scared. I rushed to them and asked what happened.

Mahi didn't reply to me and went to talk to Shaurya and Viren. Saanjh told me that someone was kidnapping a girl and Manik had gone to stop them

Shit!!!  He was alone against those goons. They might be carrying some weapons. I told Saanjh to contact Sujal and security.  I called them.

Shaurya and Viren were as shocked as me and we all ran to help Manik.

We found him but he had already tackled the situation well. We helped him to save the girl and once security caught all those goons, we came back to join others. Shaurya went in and told Mihir and the group to go and check the girl as they all were doctors.

Mahi looked tensed I went to her and told her that Manik saved the girl and he was also right. She just nodded and turned to go but I came to stand in front of her.

" Hey,  Mahi, how are you? "

" Good, thank you," she said looking away.

" When did you come back?"

" Last week. "

" Why didn't you tell me?? "

" Why do you think that I would have done that? "

" Isn't it obvious? "

" No!! Nothing is obvious. "

" Mahi... "

" Excuse me... I have to go. "

"  Where? "

" Anywhere, but away from you," she said bluntly.

" What? Why? "

"  Because I am not interested in you." She said. And I smiled at her tantrum. She was so cute, and hot and sexy at the same time. I was shocked to see how she had acquired the very desirable curves and yet she had the very toned and perfect body. And she was mine.

"   But I am still very much interested in you. "

" Oh, come on, Mr Kapoor, you say that to every girl but you need to understand that you can't get everything you want. Now please, don't waste your time, as it is you are too old for me, I am just a child as compared to you. I am more interested in guys closer to my age now. They are more enthusiastic, excited, and responsive as compared to the older men. " she said and went to join the youngest group including  Saanjh, Sahaj, Mohak, and Ruhan. While I kept standing there.

We all went to Surat to surprise Manik, I  was happy that she was going with us, I thought that I would get a chance to clear all the misunderstandings but she remained aloof as far as I was concerned. I saw her crying, exactly at the spot where I had saved her from falling, as soon as she reached their haveli. I went to ask her but she rushed away.

For the whole time we were there, she avoided me like the plague and enjoyed with Roshni, Saanjh, and Sahaj.

I hated to see her so comfortable with Sahaj. Thank God he was flirting with Roshni and not my Mahi or I would have beaten him to a pulp. Ruhan had not joined us on this trip. I tried talking to her but didn't get a chance there as everyone was there.

My heart skipped when she wore swimwear at the waterpark. It was stylish but modest, thank God that she had not put on anything like Myra or I would have had a heart attack... or may have killed all the men for ogling her. God!!  She had perfect curves at the right places and was not a child anymore, but a sexy young girl. I yearned to have her in my arms and hide her from any prying eyes. She belonged to me ever since the day when I saved her.

She was angry with me and I needed to make her recall, how much she loved me and make her believe that I loved her and only her. She may have fallen for me earlier than me, but I fell harder in love.

So I changed it to an exclusive western book,  it is almost  completed and will come in the end of October. I swear, I have never written a book like that. It was so interesting that I could not help finishing it. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing.
