Emily's pov..
A smile crept across my face as I remembered Arab's infectious laugh and witty banter. That guy's got some serious charm! I can't deny that I had a good time last night. Maybe this second date won't be so bad after all.

I still remember the weird and exhilarating tingles that shot up my whole body when I hugged him.

I mean, come on, you can't blame me for hugging him, now can you? He looked down at me like a big cute puppy, his eyes were obviously begging for something, and although the first thought that appeared in my Head was to kiss him.
I'm stupid alright... but not stupid Enough to kiss a guy on a first date. Not withstanding the fact that he's THE Arab Vertigo that I've been so in love with - so instead, I hugged him- and I still can't get over the Sparks I got from the hug... It felt like something out of a Romance movie where the protagonists feels shivers when they touch and suddenly start to see each other in a more romantic and different standpoint.

"Earth to Emily" Gina said, Her baby Pink manicured fingers snapping right in front of my eyes. I blinked rapidly and glared at her, "You've been zoning out a lot and you still haven't spilled the tea." She pointed out, Her grey Eyes narrowed and finger pointing at me accusingly.

"Ish, fine fine fine... What you wanna know? I don't know where to start from, last night still feels like a dream" I said, my hands weaving through my hair, a silly grin on my face

"the fact you've been blushing since you came here, says alot" she commented wiggling her brows at me with a wide suggesting grin on her face "did y'all kiss?" Leave it Gina to ask that about my first date..

"What? No!" I hastily answered, "we shared a hug after he walked me to my porch and honestly nothing had ever felt so magical" I said dreamily, Falling flat down and face up on Gina's bed. Our cafe doesn't open on weekends and it's Saturday, what better way than to spend it with my friend before my date today.

"Tell me more, what'd you Guys talk about? You said y'all went to a restaurant at Piazza vecchia, which? Oh my God, I have so many questions... Do you think he likes you? He better does" Gina rambled an I decided to cut the suspense and just tell her everything.

"__and I'm not sure how he feels about me but from the looks he gave me and obviously from his body language... I'm looking forward to something real and exciting in the future" I said as Gina got up from her seat and laid down on the bed next to me. I narrated everything that had happened last night to her.
For some reason though, I left out the feeling and shivers I got from our hug last night... It felt surreal and really strange but it's obvious irrelevant since he seemed not to notice it.

"Honestly, I'm so happy for you babe... You are so lucky, you are getting what you want" she said looking at me, A sad look materialised on her face but disappeared in a flash. At that, I sat up and pulled her up in a sitting position

"What is it?... Nuh-uh don't give me the head-shake. I know something is up, what is it?" I asked concerned, with a soft voice and silently wished that Her two months boyfriend, Justin, Had messed up and Done something stupid so I can finally have a reason to gauge his eyes out for calling me a bitch and for saying he prefers white women and is only with Gina because she's thick. And honestly ever since Gina introduced the idiot to me as her boyfriend, I hated his guts and I've been looking for ways to beat the shit out of him.

But Gina is proudly putting on a tinted glasses and is leisurely strolling through a garden of endless rose.

She cares about him and is stupidly in love with him so I have to act like I'm okay with her dating the bastard after bazillion years of trying to make her see beyond his beautiful looks.

Ironic because I'm also in love with an out-of-this-world handsome man. And if she's strolling in a garden full of Rose flowers, I have a bed and an apartment in the same garden.
