As Lu Shengbin soaked in the vibrant atmosphere of the event, his mind was calmly contemplating what should happen after this competition. He decided that he needed to invite Su Bai to provide a detailed and in-depth training lecture on the training programs for these three athletes.

At that time, they might not only be able to learn from Su Bai's advanced experience in planning athlete training but also apply this knowledge to the 100-meter hurdles for the women's team and the 400-meter hurdles for both the men's and women's teams.

While Lu Shengbin was pondering these future matters, the final results of the 110-meter hurdles final, dominated by the Chinese team, were being announced!

Li Sen revealed the final results of the 110-meter hurdles final in the Asian Six Nations Athletics Challenge: "The final results of the 110-meter hurdles in this Asian Six Nations Athletics Challenge are as follows:

First place, Cui Luoheng (China), 13.31 seconds (wind speed +1.1m/s);

Second place, Lu Mengfan (China), 13.39 seconds (wind speed +1.1m/s);

Third place, Zhao Yankai (China), 13.46 seconds (wind speed +1.1m/s);

Fourth place, Takakazu Komatsu (Japan), 13.52 seconds..."

Since Li Sen began announcing the athletes' scores, there was virtually a cheer from the crowd for each score he read out. After Li Sen finished announcing the scores of the top three athletes, the audience erupted in enthusiastic applause.

In the high jump preparation area, due to the announcement of these scores, the referees temporarily didn't instruct the next athlete to begin preparing.

For the high jump athletes currently competing, this passionate atmosphere in the audience wasn't of great concern. Only two athletes, Tomoaki Yamashita from Japan and Abdullah from Qatar, furrowed their brows slightly but quickly regained their composure.

Unlike sprinting and hurdles, high jump requires athletes to focus and prepare for clearing the bar. Excellent mental composure is essential for high jumpers.

They often don't require too much cheering from the audience during their attempts, but they do appreciate the support from the spectators after they successfully clear a height.

As the 110-meter hurdles athletes finally left the field, and the cheers from the audience subsided, the high jump competition continued.

For high jump, athletes usually start with jumps at lower heights to find their rhythm and warm up. It's only when they reach higher heights that the competition becomes intense.

In this competition, the rules followed international standards. After each bar adjustment, the referee would announce the current height, and the bar would be raised by a minimum of 2 cm. Athletes could choose whether to pass on the current height based on their abilities. However, if they chose to pass and then failed at the next height, they wouldn't be able to return to the previously passed height for another attempt.

All the athletes on the field were top-class high jumpers in Asia. In the first round of jumps at 2.16 meters, no athlete chose to pass, primarily for warming up and gradually adapting to the competition. In this round, except for the Iranian athlete Kazemi, who failed two attempts, all other athletes cleared the bar on their first attempt.

In the first round of trial jumps, no one was eliminated.

Li Mingzhuo, the coach of the high jump team, was present at the competition as well. He had his usual stern expression, arms crossed, sitting in the spectator's area, silently watching the high jump event.
