CHAPTER 9: The repetition of past

The trio too moved behind while smiling at his ethics...

Soon they reached the parking lot with small chit chat....

Suddenly a gun shot sound echoed all over the place....

A person fell down with a thud....

After sometime....

At hospital.....

A person was walking here and there in extreme tension.....

Another person was consoling a child...

A third person came towards them...

1st person (in tension): kuch patha chala Sachin?

Sachin (in tensed tone): haan sir.....wo aadmi ek contract killer hai.....wo keha raha tha ki wo kissi aur ko maar ne aaya tha...galati se....

2nd person (in anger): what? Galati se ....galati se wo seede seene paye goli chala diya.....aur hume vishwaas bhi kar na hai....Boss...mai jaake ek baar dekh ke aata hu....khud saara sach bholega.....

Abhijeet (in stiff tone): Nahi Daya....pehale ACP sir theek hojaye....usske baad dekh lege usse....

Sachin (in tension): sir.....uss ne jo bhi details diya hai.....wo sab cross check kar ne Rajat gaya hai...wo bach nahi paayega...aap log chinta mat kijiye...(after a pause)...sir.....ACP sir kaise hai?

Daya (in tension): Doctor ne abhi tak kuch kaha nahi hai Sachin...

Arjun who was so much terrified after witnessing the dreadful condition of his grandfather.....

Arjun (in teary tone): Dadu...theek tho hojayege na....

Abhijeet (in moist tone): beta...tum pareshan mat ho...aapke Dadu pakka theek hojayege...

Daya (in composed tone): dekho Arjun.....aapke Dadu ab uth ke mujhe aur Abhijeet ko bhagayege....hai na Abhijeet...

Abhijeet (in fake smile): haan....haan.....

Abhijeet felt someone's presence and he turned towards the direction...

He saw Ananya standing there looking at them.....

He felt something different in that look...

He was about move towards her but stopped seeing the doctor...

Abhijeet and Daya (in chorus): sir theek hai na?

Doctor (in calm tone): wo khatre se bahar hai....(everyone left a sigh) lekin phir bhi unne stable hone mai wakt lagega.....issliye under observation hi rahege...

Daya (in tension): Doctor kya hum unnse mil sakthe hai.....

Doctor (with smile): nahi...abhi nahi...aap log sirf bahar se hi dekh sakthe hai......kal jab hum room mai shift karege tab aap sab mil sakthe hai unnse...hmmm...

Abhijeet (in tensed tone): hosh mai kab aayege?

Doctor (in calm tone): kal subha tak hi aayega...ab aap sab dekh lijiyega unnko...

Everyone saw ACP through the peep window on the ICU door....

No one could control their tears...

Abhijeet wiped his tears and looked at Daya....

Abhijeet (in low tone): Daya.....yaar tum Arjun ko le ke ghar jao....mai hu yahan.....

Daya (in defending tone): par.....tum akele.....
