4:15 p.m.
MARTY
Harley . . .
HARLEY
Palagi lang naman akong nangangapa pagdating sa 'yo. Kasi hindi ko alam kung hanggang saan lang p'wede. Hinihintay ko lang naman 'yong sagot mo sa akin. No'ng pinahinto mo ako, ayaw kong pumayag pero sabi mo nga no'n na choice mo 'yong masusunod. Tama ka rin naman kasi ako 'yong nagtanong sa 'yo.
MARTY
Akala ko kasi talaga si Ate . . .
HARLEY
Hindi nga. Hindi si Maddie, okay?
Harley chewed inside his lip to prevent himself from crying, he also took a step towards her just so he could finally hug her after holding back for a long, long time.
And he only allowed his tears to run free the moment his face was out of her sight. Their warmths colliding seemed to have eased something deep within that he was allowed to finally breathe.
Hugging her felt so freeing. It felt right. It felt like coming home.
His heart was finally home.
MARTY
Ikaw kasi . . . palagi kang concerned noon kay Ate. Akala ko siya pa rin tapos—
HARLEY
Kaibigan ko kasi siya. Naiintindihan ko rin na malungkot siya dahil kay Gabbie kaya ako concerned sa kanya.
Marty sniffed, her eyes were blurring, too. Especially when Harley held her even more.
HARLEY
Ikaw lang, Marty. Hanggang ngayon.
Harley swallowed the lump in his throat when he closed his eyes just so the moment wouldn't slip away.
HARLEY
Bee . . .
HARLEY
