INT. COFFEE SHOP - AFTERNOON
3:42 p.m.
Marty went to the register to order some macarons and a slice of crepe cake for their dessert while Harley approached the barista for some napkins and a glass of water as well.
HARLEY
Dito rin pala kayo?
MARTY
Ay hindi ba obvious?
He chuckled.
HARLEY
Musta naman ang date?
MARTY
Date?
HARLEY
Hindi ba date?
MARTY
Okay lang. Pupunta raw kami sa study lounge mamaya. Sabay daw kami magre-review para sa quiz.
HARLEY
Ah . . . so extended ang date?
MARTY
Mag-aaral nga, e. Anong date?
HARLEY
Study date? Uso din naman 'yon.
Marty glared at him.
MARTY
Iba talaga matatanda, ang daming alam.
HARLEY
Ang bata ko pa?
MARTY
Ikaw ba? Bakit 'di mo i-try makipag-date din baka sakaling makausad ka na sa kapatid ko.
HARLEY
Saka na kapag nabawasan ako ng responsibilidad sa buhay. Dami ko pang inaasikaso sa thesis ko, e.
MARTY
So, pagka-graduate mo?
HARLEY
Hindi ko alam. Siguro?
Harley hanged around until the barista behind the register had finished ringing Marty's order. He momentarily looked over his shoulder to check Marty's date then to her.
HARLEY
Bagay naman kayo.
MARTY
Ha?
HARLEY
Kayo ng manliligaw mo. Bagay kayo.
MARTY
Talaga?
He nodded with nothing on his face but a faint smile that also vanished within the second.
HARLEY
Balik na ako sa table namin.
MARTY
