You and I on the hill.

"Idiot.. I still don't want you around her, you got that? Komurosaki's mine, you hear?!" I raise my voice in my own defence, turning my back on him again and feeling anger boil inside me while my heart still pounds from being so close to him. I tense up again after seeing him unable to see my face, sighing and putting a hand to my face in disappointment.

'Why didn't I notice sooner..? I like.. Zoro? Is this some joke..? Maybe I just feel a little off after Hiyori.. kissed..' I shake myself out of my thoughts, stopping my train of thought while trying to catch my breath. He reaches for my hand and hold it tightly, unsure of what to do and returning it, squeezing his hand with tears still overflowing on my face.

In the dawn of the next day, we were pressured to leave after resting a night or two due to marines closing in. My thoughts aren't as hasty anymore as I walk around the town of Kuri, carrying some spices that I found on the way. After another few long minutes of walking, I've reached the port of our ship and smile with glee for a moment before going serious again.

I let out a sigh of relief as I carry the box of spices, starting to run towards the ship out of happiness, despite the heaviness of the box weighing me down. Upon charging towards Nami-swan and Robin-chwan with my heart eyes pumping quickly, I bump into Zoro and slow down. "Gah, what the-" I say as I get startled by his approach, seeing his grim demeanour and keeping shut, still in denial of liking him.

He suddenly took my box of spices and carried it to the ship, eye still glowering down as he keeps his gaze on the ground. I stare at him in disbelief with a hint of confusion in my eyes, looking over his shoulder as I can feel his angry presence. I scowl at him while reaching over to fix my tie, adjusting my collar as I run into Nami-swan's arms with heart eyes pumping rapidly.

"Ahh, Nami-swan!!~" I shout in excitement, my body lighting up in joy as I charge towards her, eyes glimmering with passion. However upon reaching Nami-swan, I get blocked by a specific green-head who covered my view, my jaw dropping in disbelief. Although I felt a slight relief over seeing him a bit more relaxed now, I can't help but notice that he was talking to Nami-swan, of all people.

"Eh? What the hell do you want, moss-head? What's up with your attitu-" I say slowly as I reach for his hand to comfort him, until seeing him growl at me and cut me off. I move my hand back and put my balled fists in my pocket, fidgeting with my sleeves a bit as I narrow my eyes on him. "Ah, Sanji-kun.. he's just in a bit of a bad mood.. let him cool off a little bit, okay?"

She says gently to me, holding my hand to comfort me instead. I look to him with frustration and squeeze Nami-swan's hand slightly in spite, not averting my gaze at him as he turns his body to me as well, forcing me to look away now. I twirl around to Nami-swan with an exciting expression, a huge blush covering my face as my ears perk up as when she speaks softly.

"Yes, Nami-swan!!~" I jump up in joy, my hand still rubbing hers softly as my heart keeps pumping quickly. Soon after, I notice Zoro's sudden glare towards us and avert my gaze to him again, only to be ignored. To my surprise, I see the moss-head hop off the ship's deck and tilt my head to him, more perplexed and with more questions filling my head.

Curiosity builds up inside of me as I reassure Nami-swan once more before deciding to follow Zoro off the ship as well, eyes filled with determination. I yell out his name and notice his footsteps dug into the dirt, leaving a trail for me to chase after. "Oi, shitty moss-head!" I call out one more time as I hear the echo in the forest, looking up as the footsteps stop to the cliff I last sat at.

Finally, he notices my presence as I sit down beside him, also avoiding eye contact as I stare at the ocean. He talks in a quiet voice, less passive-aggressive than our last meeting as his gaze softens, glancing back at him with intent. "Cook, when Hiyori and I kissed.." He says this slowly and hesitates a little, his hands on his lap as he looks ahead ahead again.
