The village people walk around the market, with their bags of money in their hands, buying from each stall. It seems that every season changes and different items come into the market for everybody to buy. As it is summer, more plants and flowers are on sale. James, Steve, Sam, Wanda, Nat, and I all walk together through the town together, buying different products. Wanda and Nat have their arms wrapped around my arms, walking together. Sam, Steve, and James follow quickly behind us.
"So, Steve, how's the bar going?" I ask.
"Good, I'm thinking of renovating."
"I could help," Sam suggests.
"And ruin it, no thank you." Steve chuckles.
"Maybe he could," I suggest. "Sam really helped build our bed when it broke."
"Yeah, I could actually help."
"I'll think about it." Steve sighs.
"Anyway," Nat diverts the conversation. "How's the new life in the cabin, Bella?"
"It's good. It's really good." I can't help the smile on my face. "James has been gardening outside and we might have some good vegetables by the time Winter comes around."
We continue to walk through the market, buying new things for all of our houses. It's been about a month since I walked out of the castle, and life has been bliss since. Surprisingly, my mother and father haven't put a bounty on my head. But, I have a feeling it's because they think that will make me come home. I won't. I don't want to see them. They made my life hell and didn't care when someone else did. They never cared about me, only the kingdom and would do anything to save it. But, James didn't. He did everything to save me and continues to do it every single day.
