Shuichi Saihara, he has been living with his beloved boyfriend, Kokichi Ouma.
But, there's a very big problem.
Saihara has been isolating himself away from Ouma, because he feels disgusting.
Saihara was in his room, shirtless with his binder on.
Yes, he was trans.
He looked at himself in the mirror, bandages were wrapped around his skinny arms, he hasn't been eating well since last week.
He barely even eats the basic 3 meals.
His parents always restricted him from food since he was 'too fat'.
He barely wasn't even chubby. He was fairly skinny and average weight.
All because of his parents, he barely even ate a single bite.
Knock

" Darling... It's me, your beloved."
Ouma's voice was heard from the other side of the door.
Saihara panicked, his eyes widen as he stayed silent.
" Please come out.. It's been a while, I miss your hugs & cuddles." Ouma sighed sadly, laying his hand on the door as he then propped his forehead on the door too. (Kokichi's touchstarved btw)
All he can hear is silence.
Ouma sighed deeply, in sadness.
" I'm guessing you don't wanna talk to m—"

Ouma removed his head from the door, realising the doors open.
" Y-You can come in.."
He heared his angelic voice, he smiled and stepped inside.
He was happy to see his beloved, but not in this situation.
Saihara's soft, silky hair soon became a tangled mess. Obvious that he hasn't brushed it due to depression. His eyebags were dark purple and huge, he had such skinny figure and bandages around around his skinny body.
What catches Ouma's attention was the binder.
" Oh, darling..." Ouma said in a soft, gentle voice as he caressed Saihara's cheek and pulled him into a hug .
Saihara tried to hold in his sobs, but couldn't. He failed.
Loud sobs and thick tears were heard from Saihara's mouth.
Ouma let him sit on the bed as he comforted his lover.
