Not much is known about the creator of the game, not even their real name. Who are they, why did they even created the game? That is a question that never received an answer, not even from past players who managed to see him.
You think Laura has a saviour complex? Please, you haven't seen this guy. As the creator, they are the literal god of the world, a power that they will abuse of (and have abused a lot in the past). And while they enjoy having everything in control, they make mention a few times that they have allowed the code of some characters to get corrupted, for the simple reason of... making it interesting, it seems. Even so, they also seem surprised at what extremes those characters (and players) can get, but don't stop them. Actually, he motivates the actions, even manipulating situations and emotions to make the cast even more stressed.
He doesn't show himself a lot, not even to characters. If he does, they present themselves into the appearance that is on their [character info] (angel devil is their fc if anyone is curious), which is what they call "their default appearance". But they are able to change appearances to mimic any player or character, but for some reason they have the self-imposed limitation of only using the appearance of either npcs or players that already failed the game (they mean die. players that have already died), but only use them in case he gets really interested into players.
