Tank, Nikolai, Takeo and Richtofen teleported back to Der Riese (Nikolai got sick from that and threw up) only to find it overrun like the asylum were. While fighting the zombies, Tank, Nikolai and Takeo discovered some dark things about Der Riese: Human experimentation, experimentations on animals, teleporters, radios telling of the events, and documents. Even though Samantha's soul watched over the facility and Fluffy's hellhound puppies attacked, Richtofen managed to find alot of information he needed.
Then at one point, they were cornered in a teleporter and when they teleported, they were supposed to be sendt to the mainframe, but one of them (possibly Richtofen) used the Wunderwaffe DG-2 and it overloaded the teleporter, sending them forward in time. To Kino Der Toten. Or as Richtofen called it in his diary "Theater of the Damned".
