Special Chapter 3: fated suffering

Fate, such is an event that can bring one of many outcomes, the little girl known as Zoe Eclipse traveled around the multiverse to find the voices of her brother echoing in every corner, she arrived in one universe, here Jaune was seen in a iron armor as was cutting wood with a diamond axe, the oddity of this world is that everything looked to be cubes and the upper half of the tree Jaune was cutting floated in the in the air, not affected by the gravity in any way, he looked happy as a girl with red hair and green eyes came up to him and gave him yellow glowing apples to which he smiled at

Zoe was surprised not only was she witnessing another variant of her brother, but the red head who tortured him offered him something that he appreciated, Zoe couldn't help but sadly smile, she wished Jaune's friends were like this so Zoe decided to visit other world

Here in the universe Jaune looked to be wearing a black hoodie as he ran around the city, jumping rooftop to rooftop with astonishing speeds and gliding in the air at times, Zoe decided to go find another universe

Then another

And another

And another

Until she had seen enough

She was shocked how many worlds had Jaune in it, but they all seemed to differ from another everytime. Like in some worlds his family loves him, and in others his family hates him, and in some it is a mix of both

However there are some universe with slight changes

Sometimes Jaune's dad is not only has a different name in other universes, sometimes he can either be a good father, a bad father with good intentions, a bad father, or just the worst father

Same could be said about his mother, his sister, his friends, or everyone really. Zoe realized Jaune was either fated to suffer or live on his dream, but the latter doesn't happen all that often at least not in the beginning

The more Zoe traveled the more across the Jauneverse, more she would catch the attention of one God in particular

This god is a light-skinned man with dark brown eyes, black hair and a nicely tailored suit with two belts wrapped around his elbows with the beltstraps loosely flowing outward. He wore black gloves and had a smile that gave motivation and inspiration to all who gaze upon his majesty

His name is Monty Oum, at least a variant of the long deceased god

Oum would eventually have a talk with Zoe with as she was visiting another universe, they sat down in a bar called "The Backalley Bar" where Oum explained many things to Zoe

Oum explained the universe, the alternate universes, parallel universes, the multiverse, timelines, alternate timelines, parallel timelines, crossovers, as well as incursions

Zoe was fascinated by this and she felt like helping keep an eye for these universes if her Jaune was fated to suffer, she'll not let any other variants of Jaune suffer too even if they no longer walk the same path as her Jaune

Oum would gift her a Timewarped Tower which will serve as her observatory, Zoe had been watching two (or is it three?) Jaunes in particular

One universe is where Jaune is wielding the Darkin Shield known as Joraal, as Zoe took the most interest at him

And the other Jaune was seen fighting in a facility where one half of the place was a deserted wasteland, and the other was full of leaves and other plant life

What was interesting is that he seemed to be fighting someone who also almost looks like him, maybe from a different timeline? Who knows

Zoe also has her eye out on a few other Jaunes Oum took interest in and their monitors have labels on them

The first one was named Revolution, the second was named Rivals, the third was named Madness, the forth was named Imitation, and the fifth was named Phantom

Zoe kept an eye out for these universe because of two reasons, she was interested how their fates would play out, and her other reason is that she wanted to help them setting their fate while trying to cause some chaos to keep herself entertained
