It was Saturday and I was getting ready. Well, I had already taken a shower and put my clothes on and stuff, I was just tryna decide on if I wanted to wear makeup or not.
"You don't even need that shit twin. What you even making that a option for?" RJae asks
"Right, like you beautiful regardless but you know I'mma supportive friend so I'm gonna hype you no matter what you do." Amelia says
"I know that's right, you a baddie and that's on period." Megan says
"Amen, y'all better preach that shit! But if you decide to wear makeup, wear something light but cute. Like maybe a little foundation and some lipstick." Brittany says
I had them all on a group facetime call and they were just the sweetest for real.
"Who you onna phone wit'?"
"Mariah, she going to a game." Megan said
"Game, who game?" Kentrell asks as he got in the camera
"DC Young Fly invited me to a Hawks game with him. Because he hit me up yesterday wanting to work together and what not on some music but he was like whenever I was in Atlanta, we could hang out. He say he like having a personal relationship with people that he does business with." I said
"Oh that's cool, have fun." Kentrell says
I'm surprised he ain't flipping. But I better not speak too soon cuz' y'all know he be cool one minute then going ape shit the next.
Okay, so after deciding to wear light makeup and a lip liner, lil gloss combo, I looked at my reflection in the mirror and I looked really cute.

"How I look?" I asked
"You look cute! I like this whole look on you, it's really cute." Amelia says
"What time the game start?" RJae asks
"In like an hour. My hotel ain't that far from the arena though." I said
"Oh."
"Okay, so we gonna let you go because you need to get going. Call us later and tell us how everything went." Amelia says
"I will, love y'all, bye." I said
"Bye."
"Be safe girls cuz' you know these industry people be weird!" Brittany says
"Okay." I laughed
I got off the phone with them and left the room to make my way to the lobby to wait for my Uber. Once it got here, I got in and like always, I texted all of the information about the vehicle and the driver to my friends. But thankfully, the guy took me to my destination with no problems or anything.
"Thank you!" I spoke as I got out the car
"You're welcome, have fun." The guy waved
I shut the car door and just as I was about to text DC, I see him and his crew walking up to the front of the line.
