Etho's Perspective-

"Sorry I'm late." Etho said, out of breath.

Everyone turned to look at him.

"It's okay, dear." The teacher said, smiling softly, "Would you like to introduce yourself?"

"Okay...well, my name is Etho, and I'm gay." Etho said, smiling nervously.

Okay, this is okay!

Etho's eyes then landed on Cleo, Bdubs, and Skylar.

Damnit, it's not. My friends are here.

Bdubs and Etho made eye contact and they both blushed.

"Cool." Someone then said and the chatter broke out again.

Etho watched as everyone continued what they were doing before.

Well. He thought, scratching the back of his neck. This is awkward.

"Etho! Hey!" Cleo smiled, patting Etho's back.

Etho jumped a bit but smiled nervously.

"Hey Cleo."

"I didn't know you were gay." She said and Etho shrugged.

"Yeah. My friend Pammy always told me I was, but I never believed her. Well...that is until recently."

"What changed?" Cleo asked and Etho blushed, looking to the ground after quickly glancing at Bdubs.

Cleo smirked, "You got an eye for someone?"

"I don't know what you're talking about."

Cleo laughed, "You can tell me."

Etho sighed, "Alright. ...maybe."

Cleo smiled and Etho rolled his eyes.

"You should tell him!"

"Nope." Etho said, putting his hands in his pockets as he and Cleo started walking towards Skylar and Bdubs, who were talking to a guy with cyan hair.

Cleo groaned, "Why not?"

"It's not as easy as it seems. I feel like we can all say stuff is easy to do, but when you're in the situation to actually to it, it gets hard."

"Easier said than done." Cleo said and Etho snapped his fingers, pointing to her.

"Exactly."

Cleo shrugged, "I just think you should. Especially since Bdubs likes you back."

"Wait- what?" Etho asked, his face red, but Cleo just winked at him and started talking with Scott as Skylar and Bdubs turned to Etho.

"Hey Etho! Er- you alright? Your face is read." Skylar said.

"Er- y-yeah!"

"I didn't know you were gay." Bdubs said, and Etho scratched the back of his neck.

"Oh...yeah, I am." He said, smiling nervously.

"Since when? Just a month ago you said that you were straight."

Etho shrugged, "I guess I just started to like someone- I mean!"

But it was too late.

Bdubs and Skylar smirked.

"Who is it?" Both asked in unison.

Etho sighed, "No one."

Skylar and Bdubs exchanged looks before turning back to Etho.

"Come onnnnnn," Bdubs said, bumping into Etho, "You can tell us!"

It's you. It's you, Bdubs.

"Er- no thanks."

Bdubs and Skylar both grumbled, folding their arms.

Etho chuckled, patting Bdubs's head.

"Maybe later, Bubbles." Etho smiled, making Bdubs blush.

"B-Bubbles?" He stuttered.

Etho, terribly embarrassed, realized what he just did.

"Oh, I'm so sorry, do you not want me to call you that? I'll just stick with Bdubs."

"N-no, it was..." Bdubs looked away, his face flushed pink, "It was cute."
