The blinding light faded as Y/N found himself back in his safe house, but... it looked different. For starters, the usual grey brick walls, floor and ceiling were all replaced by wood, the table holding his stuff was gone as well has said stuff, and the only thing that remained was the spider egg he got from the dungeon, which was now as big as his head. The boy was very confused until he noticed the door to the dungeon was still there, so with nothing else to do, not even his guide's voice, he walked up to the door to open it. Before he could, however, the door opened from the other side, and in walked someone he never saw before.
It was a girl looking to be around his age, wearing a maid uniform and with a sour look on her face. As soon as she noticed him staring at her, she glared and huffed before bowing in a mocking display of respect.
Maid: "Hello, Player."
Y/N just stood there in confusion, trying to figure out who this person was and how was she inside his safe house. The girl seemed to not like his silence as she completely lost her composed act and let her arms drop to the side.
Maid: "Say something already. Do you know how uncomfortable these rags are?"
Y/N: "Sorry, but who are you?"
Maid: "Right, you never saw my true form. Well, with the new update, many things have changed, including how each player interacts with their specific guide."
Y/N: "Guide? Wait... G/N?!"
Maid: "Took you long enough."
Y/N: "You're a girl!"
Maid: "That's the first thing you notice, you dumbass?!"
Her outburst made Y/N flinch and apologize quickly. G/N simply huffed and crossed her arms, tapping her foot impatiently.
Maid: "Whatever, not like it matters. Yes, I'm a girl, but don't get any ideas, pervert."
Y/N: "What ideas?"
Maid: "*groan* Forget it. Let me try this again."
