"Dad, wait!!"
Bluey squeaked from her bed, her australian accent wasn't that heavy, but it was clearly showing.
Bandit paused, he took his hand away from the light switch and turned to look at his daughters.

"Could you sing us a song?"
Bingo asked, smiling brightly. He knew he couldn't say no.

"Alright." Bandit sighed, and the two sisters squealed in excitement as they crawled under their bed sheets.
Bandit sat down on Bingo's bed, facing the two with a soft expression.

He started humming quietly, the two sisters listening closely.

"The monster's gone.. He's on the run.. And your daddy's here.."
Bandit sang softly.

"Beautiful, beautiful.. Beautiful,"
He noticed their eyes getting heavier. He smiled again as he continued singing quietly.

"Beautiful girl..." He finished, the two were now fast asleep. Bandit smiled to himself, leaning down  to give both of his daughters a kiss on the forehead. He got up, turned off the lights and closed the door.

Bluey and Bingo fell asleep with a smile on their faces that night.
