*In the office*
Sipping tea as a reward of completing and Approving most business proposals that was brought in. Finally cleared my desk, l decide to take a look at the city from my glass window. It looks as disinteresting as it always did but I have nothing better to do so l stay there unattracted to the view while l take in my herbal tea.
The ringtone of the phone startled me when it suddenly rung, I roll my eyes and walk back to my desk to answer the call while I drop the tea on it ______
Seeing who it was, I decide to pick it up and make the person know that he violated one of our rules again. "father" I said disinterested and before he could say anything I said "Don't ever call me without messaging me first or telling the assistant beforehand"
He didn't say anything for some seconds before he cleared his throat awkwardly and apologize. He then got straight to the point saying "I would like you to please go to the hospital for the full body check up before the D-day". I didn't say a word and silence came in he sighed and told me that he had already booked an appointment for me and told the doctor to go on with everything and that I should be ready by tomorrow, very early at that . Immediately anger rushed through me and before I could reply he cut the call. I throw my phone in absolute rage shouting "fuck!! That old bastard". So fucking pissed I start throwing everything that I could around. The assistant entered in a hurry forgetting his fucking manners he asked "ah! What's wrong?" I looked at him menacingly shouting "out" pointing to the door to which he scrambled out. I sigh combing my hand through my hair to calm myself and decide to gо to the house, Wait no. I would anywhere except from there so I would go anywhere except from there so those fuckers don't think they can control me and would not go to the stupid appointment . I grabbed my things in anger then left for a middle -class hotel far far away from them, searching on my phone for a safe one and comfortable too as I head out
