He got behind some cover as the volcano stated shaking and the spiders crawled back out. Lucia saw that and got a bad feeling, so she too took some cover. Then suddenly, the volcano stopped shaking, before exploding in a white cloud that left the place completely covered by spider webs. Luz was stuck to it since she stood still the entire time, while some students struggled to escape. Upon seeing the chaos, Lucia laughed and smacked Y/N's back.

Lucia: "I don't know what you put in that thing, but good job!"

It took three weeks to clean everything...

The Cheerleading Incident- First Month

At the cheerleader tryouts, Luz was boringly waiting as a girl did some somersaults while every other girl watched. She wasn't really interested in joining the cheerleaders, but Lucia dared her to, telling her that Y/N would enjoy seeing her in a miniskirt. For some reason even she couldn't decipher, that made her want to at least try it out. As the girl finished her display of athleticism, Luz glanced around before getting an incredible idea.

Luz: "You think that's an impressive trick?"

She threw the pompoms away and turned around.

Luz: "Take a look at THIS!"

She turned back around, showing her eyelids folded up. Everyone was so disgusted and horrified that they ran away screaming. Seems like a natural reaction to Luz's antics. She turned her face to everyone, letting them see her amazing trick, completely forgetting why she was trying to be a cheerleader.

Now back to the present

Y/N: "You wanted to be a cheerleader?"

Luz: "It was more of a dare."

Camila: "We all love that you express yourself, but if you can't learn to separate fantasy from reality, you may need to spend the summer here."

Camila showed Luz a brochure of a summer camp. "Reality Check Summer Camp". Y/N frowned at it, fully understanding what Luz was going through. Back in England, he was always pushed to be 'normal' and 'fit in', teachers going on rants about how he needed to be like the other kids. But soon enough, they all gave up trying to change him. Now Luz was going through what he had, so as her best friend, it was his duty to help, cheer and support her.

Principal Hal: "Now, about you, young man."

Y/N looked left then right, stared back at the principal and pointed to himself as if he wasn't the only other male in the room.

Principal Hal: "Yes, you."

Y/N: "Did I do something wrong?"

Principal Hal: "Yes and no. Yes, you get into trouble on occasion, but it's nothing that requires more than detention. I actually wanted to ask you about your parents. So far they have not attended a single parent's meeting."

Y/N: "Is that bad?"

Principal Hal: "If it was once or twice, no. But every time is reason for concern. Is everything okay in your home?"

Luz slowly turned to Y/N, also wanting to know. Something she noticed about him is that he hardly ever talks about his parents. He talks more about their maid back home than his actual family, which makes her wonder if he's one of those kids with a bad relationship with their parents.
