Y/N POV

It has been a few hours ever since the guys locked us up inside this room and it hasn't been easy especially for Ace

He was still continuing on banging the door yelling at everyone to open it up

"Oii!! Pops! Marco!! Guys what the hell?! Come on open this damn door this ain't funny you little shits!—"

"Give it up Ace those guys aren't really gonna budge unless we do what they want unfortunately"

I said sighing and slumped down leaning my back to the wall while Ace was still groaning and ruffling his hair pulling them aggressively

Smacking his hands away from his hair I scolded him and said

"Whoa Whoa! Fire Fist don't do that to your beloved raven hair or you might go bald someday"

"But Y/N! This shit they're doing to us both ain't funny!" He whined

Well he kinda does have a point but we have no other choice...majority wins and like what Thatch said in the paper earlier Pops AGREED to it, that means we already lost from the very beginning.

He sighed irritatingly and slumped his back to the wooden wall beside me and looked up at the ceiling

"This is NOT how I wanted to confess.." he mumbled

I turned to face him and asked him to repeat what he just said, tilting my head down to see his face that was covered by his raven bangs

He chuckled and looked away

"No just.. it was nothing forget about it"

I went to sit closer to him and looked at him straight in the eyes and glared making him back away a bit sweating from nervousness

"U-Uhhh what are you doing?"

"Did you kill someone?"

Ace POV

Say WHAT NOW?! why would she even ask that type of question?!

I mean I'm glad that it wasn't the OTHER one but still! It's so out of the blue Y/N come on!

I secretly sighed in relief before shaking my head repeatedly and replied

"What?! No— why did you even think of that?!"

She blinked a couple of times and said

"Oh...I thought..you wanted to confess something and that is what I'm assuming to be...you murdering someone...ya know.."

She formed a smooch lips similar to how Luffy does it whenever he lies and makes a poker face

I sighed once more and combed my raven hair with my fingers chuckling

"No Y/N....that's not what I wanted to tell you...well...to confess to you.."

Now I was getting all nervous, my heart is beating faster and faster every minute

"I-I well uhm....ugh you see..."

"You like me?—"

"—YES! I like you!"
