Y/N POV

It's been at least a month ever since I overheard the two talking about me

I still haven't really processed it that much and it still makes my heart pound every time I think about that scene!

Hatchan tapped my shoulder with his tentacles I turned around and smiled

"What is it Hatchan?? Something the matter?" I asked hoping he wouldnt notice I was zoning out

"Well Actually! I was wondering if I could ask you a few questions if that's okay?" He sheepishly smiled

I sighed in relief and nodded giving him my best smile

"Yes of course! What do you have in mind?" I ask

He sat down beside me and started to talk

"I- no... actually everybody on the ship including Arlong had noticed....ever since you saved Brother Tai the day afterwards you started avoiding him.."

Ahh shit- so it IS the topic he wants to talk about

Damn it I can't really escape them this time huh...

"We were wondering if you two had a fight??" He asked with a worried expression

I shaked my head denying

"No! Of course not! I was just......Hatchan you must never tell anyone about this! Please"

I begged Hatchan confused as he was he reluctantly nodded

Taking a deep breath before telling him

"....I overheard him and Aladdin talking about.....me...that...uhh.....Tiger uhm....Tiger...likes me-"

"Oh wait....OOoohhh!! That! Whew we were so nervous of what reason you'll tell us!" He sighed in relief as he happily laughed

Me who was confused tilting my head and asked him what he meant

He turned to face me and teasingly grinned

"Actually! It's past tense, he liked you before but now!....he loves you!"

"So wait.......you guys KNEW?!-"

My eyes almost popped out from my eyes socket and jaw dropped

Hatchan awkwardly rubbed the back of his head and sheepishly grinned

"Yeah haha my bad! We genuinely thought you two had an argument, but yeah! Oh crap- I shouldn't have said that!-"

He covered his mouth, I slapped my face to my palm and laughed

"Jeez Hatchan you silly goofball" we both laughed as I pinched his cheeks

Sooner enough we both heard someone clear their throat, turning around we saw Tiger

Hatchan was sweating while I was panicking

Shit shit shit!- hey go back! I'm not ready goddamn it?!?!-

Tiger was crossing his arms and tapping his feet giving us a teasing smile

"Hatchan I hope your not planning on stealing her away from me" he snickered

Hatchan panicked and shaked his head denying

"N-No! Of course not Brother Tai! I swear I wasn't trying to hit on her!-"

Tiger laughed and patted his head he playfully grinned

"I know I know, sorry about that I was just teasing"

Hatchan sighed in relief as he decided to leave us two and went to check up on Jinbei and Arlong

"I'm gonna leave you two before I say something I shouldn't-" he quickly ran inside

I shaked my head and glared at Tiger
"That wasn't very nice" I scolded

He raised his arms and grinned

"My bad, I'll make it up to him later but for now...Y/N...I need to talk to you if you don't mind??.."

Slowly the atmosphere started to grow intense and serious

I gulped my saliva down and nodded Tiger went up and sat down beside me where Hatchan was earlier

He took a deep breath and relaxed his body smiling

"You've been avoiding me for a month young lady, care to explain why?"

He snickered looking at me, I Awkwardly chuckled averting my eyes

"I-Its....well.......I may or may not have overheard you and Aladdin...talking..
I'm so sorry I really didn't meant to-"

Tiger laughed wholeheartedly and patted my head

"Silly, It's alright and besides...it makes my confession more easier"

He chuckled and kneeled down to me grabbing my hand and holding it against his large ones

"Y/N.......for three years that we have been friends and creamates I have come to develop feelings for you, at first I thought it was just something of a family love but...I see you nothing more but a lovely woman whom made me fall for her charms and kindess towards Fishmen and Merfolk"

I was speechless as he continued on tears started to form form my eyes

"I can't exactly remember when did I ever started liking you....then I didn't even realize that it wasn't Like anymore..it was Love......and Y/N??...Your the only Human I will ever Love"

Slowly he stood up as so did I, I was looking up at him and he was facing down, getting closer and closer our lips collided

Tenderly we embraced each other until we heard everybody cheer for us

"Finally! The first step of Fishmen and Humans together as One!"

"Queen Otohime would be very delighted!"

"We definitely have to return home to tell them about this news!"

"Y/N and Brother Tai are both proofs that Fishmen and Humans can live in peace and harmony!"

We all looked around as everybody was congratulating us

I smiled and held on to Tigers large hands

"And Your the only Fishman that I will ever Love Tiger"

Smiling and grinning we embraced once more and everybody was clapping and cheering on

"With you....my hope and faith will never be lost"
