Koichi Okamoto was born in Kyoto and has lived with his wealthy parents in America since he was two years old. For high school, they felt it best to send him back to Japan to attend ANHS, as it boasts a 100% employment and college entry rate.
Okamoto's intelligence and academic abilities are far above average, being around the level of Katsuragi's. His physical strength is average at best, but his reflexes are quite good.
