Saturday, time for Qualifying in Monaco and Daisy is really amazed by the speed the boys showed during the training sessions, manoeuvring the cars through such a tight space without even slightly touching the wall. Daisy flinched several times, thinking that someone is going to crash, but they managed to keep the car out of the barriers.

Together with Claire, Vicky and Alec she shared a meal in the RedBull motorhome which isn't as big as it usually would be since the Paddock in Monaco is rather small. Still, there are a lot of people here, ready to see who is going to start from which position. Max was confident during his interviews and Daisy doubts that he feels nervous at all. His car is great, and his skills match it, making it hard for anyone who isn't matching a hundred percent with his car beat Max.

"Good luck for Quali" Daisy smiles at Max who is just in his last preparations for Qualifying. Getting his balaclava on, stuffing all his hair under it, getting the helmet on his head and grabbing his gloves which he will put on in the car.

"Thank you, Daisy." She can see him wink at her before he turns around to go to his car. Daisy will stay right here in the garage to watch everything on the big screens while crossing her fingers. Hoping that everything will turn out as good as possible for Max.

"It's nice to see him so relaxed around you." Vicky rips Daisy out of her little bubble and for a moment she fears that she has gotten too close to Max. That a "normal" intern wouldn't be that chatty with him, or at least not with him really responding to it. Maybe they should try to keep a bit more of a professional distance during race weekends? Especially with all the paparazzi and fans around them who would probably love to spread some rumours about one of the championship contenders.

"Isn't that his normal behaviour?" Daisy asks Vicky and looks at her boss, trying to figure out if the comment she made was a positive or rather negative one. Even after working a few weeks with Vicky already, Daisy can't quite figure out what she thinks of Daisy as an intern. They might have a rather good relationship, but Daisy feels like she still has to be cautious if she doesn't want to get on Vicky's bad side.

"Usually, he is not happy when there are changes in his team, but it seemed like he clicked with you quickly which is great for your work." Daisy feels relieved when she hears these words. It is interesting to hear something about Max's behaviour with previous interns and in general with his team. She already thought that Max likes to keep the people around him the same so that he doesn't have to explain his daily structure and behaviour again and again simply starting because everyone knows him well.

"I think it is easy to work with him, at least after you gave me some tips on how to deal with his behaviour." Daisy smiles at Vicky because it is the truth. In the beginning, she felt nervous, didn't know how to act around Max, especially with their prehistory, but the tips Vicky gave her and probably Max made it easy for Daisy their work smoothly together.

Vicky offers Daisy a last smile before she turns around and walks away. She will sit with Alec while Claire and Daisy take a seat a bit in the back of the garage. Where they still can watch the screens but are out of the way for anyone who is working as a mechanic, strategist or anyone else who has to do something with getting the perfect qualification.

It doesn't take long before it gets loud in the garage. The engines start and qualifying begins. Daisy is sure that the RedBulls will make their way trough Q1 and Q2 easily and without any struggle, but you never know who might crash and ruin the perfect lap somebody else started.

As expected Checo and Max make it easily through the first two segments of Qualy letting cheers erupt when both enter Q3 with a lap that might not have been the best, but a good pace is showing.
