In a blink of an eye, July first marked the official start of this auditorium project. I'm still not a hundred percent sure if these decisions I've made are for the betterment of the company. But I am at least confident enough to say that we're finally making some progress. Like what I've said, we didn't want to waste any time and effort. And so, everyone treated time as if it was some precious gold.

"I can already feel the success of this project!"

I glanced at my wrist watch. She clearly told me she wanted to see this place.

I watched Engr. Robles walk towards a worker who ostensibly forgot to put on his yellow hard hat.

He pouted. "Manghang-mangha kasi ako sa gawa niya. Lalo tuloy akong na-excite sa kalalabasan!"

I blankly started at the auditorium after realizing that he's right. Khael did a magnificent job on bringing justice to this place. At some point, he might almost be an asset to Alcazar's advantage for next year's international event.

FLASHBACK:

"Binago mo ang floor plan sa labas? Isn't it too extravagant?"

Khael, who's seated beside the screen with both feet crossed above our table, gave her a boastful smile. "I designed it pretty, didn't I?"

"Pretty isn't everything." Saad ni Engr. Robles. "We have to be mindful of the time frame as well."

Khael shrugged. "But the clients like this kind of stuff. The designs have to be extravagant to look good."

"No panic. I did consider the allotment of time this will take, but we couldn't just let our visual card decline. And I believe that's the reason why Ms. Lacuesta wanted me back. Am I right?"
