और कुछ यूंही अपनी प्रिय कुलवधु जनकनंदिनी सीता का सत्कार करने उमड़ पड़ी समस्त अवधपुरी....अपने प्रिय युवराज राम की बिंदणी की मुंह दिखाई के लिए मानों सारा शहर ही उमड़ गया था...

Aur kuch yunhi apni priy kulvadhu Janaknandini Sita ka satkar karne umad padi samsat Avadhpuri..apne priy yuvraj Ram ki bindani ki munh dikhai ke liye maano Sara shahar hi umad gaya tha...

(And that's how the entire city of Ayodhya gathered to celebrate the arrival of it's lovely daughter -in -law,the daughter King Janak ji i.e. Sita ji..to witness the magnificent personality of the newlyweds,the wife of its revered crown prince,Ram ji,each and every possible being present there..)

कई बार ये विचार हमारे मन में कौंधता रहा कि कैसे लोग बार बार शादी की रस्मों को निभाने का शौक रखते हैं, वो क्या कहते हैं ' रिवाइविंग द वाउज '..हां?हम तो एक बार में ही थक गए, निस्संदेह ये रीतियां बड़ी सुंदर होती हैं,पर थोड़े हल्के जोड़ें और गहनों के साथ इन्हें निभाया जाए तो क्या ही बिगड़ जाए..? अभी तक वो थकन हमारे बदन पर दुशाला जैसे महसूस होती है, चारों ओर से उसकी गिरफ्त में हैं हम,अब भी...और ऊपर से इन्हें (राम)दफ़्तर में काम का हर्ज हो रहा था ,तो जल्द ही पगफेरे के लिए पहुंचे....घर पहुंचने,अपने घर ,गलियों में लौट जाने की खुशी, शब्दकोश में कोई शब्द ही नहीं ,जो उसे व्यक्त कर सकें...

Kai baar ye vichaar humare man mein kondhta raha ki kaise log baar baar shaadi ki rasmo ko nibhane ka shauk rakhte hain,vo kya kahte hain,'reviving the vows '.. haan? Hum toh ek baar mein hi thak Gaye,nissandeh ye ritiyan badi sunder hoti hain,per thode halke jode aur gehno ke saath inhe nibhaya jaaye ,toh kya hi bigad jaaye..?Abhi tak woh thakan humare badan per dushala jaise mehsoos hoti hai,charon aur se uski girfat mein hain hum,ab bhi...aur uper se inhe (Ram) daftar mein kaam ka harj ho raha tha,toh jald hi pagphere ke liye pahunche..ghar pahunchne,apne ghat,galiyon mein laut jaane ki Khushi,shabadkosh mein koi shabad hi nahin,jo use vyakat kar saken...

(*At times , I seriously think as how come people agree to go through the entire wedding rituals once again,what it is called 'Reviving the vows'..yeah?My bones scream for some relief during the first time only,no doubt the rituals are beautiful though but wouldn't it be better if we could perform them with a bit lighter attire and jewelleries,please..?I can still feel the tiredness engulfing me just like a shawal,still encaged..and to add on to that,he(Ram) had to rush back to his office urgently,so I had to travel back to my paternal place for Pagphere (a ritual ,whereby the newlywed bride stays at her paternal place for some time and then the husband with his relatives and friends comes over to take her back with him)
