Japan looks out at the window quietly as the clicking of the clock fills the room along with the low quiet buzzing noise of the aircon, Japan felt nervous and shy wanting to dodge his work but knowing UN will not be so happy he knows he cant avoid it
Japan had to have a meeting with someone whom in the past he have hurt deeply, having to face him even after all those years felt painful to him and irritating
Japan took a deep sigh as he looks out at the window showing the foggy outside with street lights dimly lighting up the streets outside of the work building of special workers and Countryhumans
After a while Japan turns to his seat in the meeting room as he sat down, he looks down at the papers scattered which he then began organizing
As Japan did so he thinks to himself 'A meeting for another deal and talk it is' he puts the papersin the correct file and order as he prepares the papers needing to he signed by he and Philip soon later
Minutes passed as the time became 2AM which then a knock came form the door, Japan hums still looking at the papers as he yelled " Come in! "
The door opened as the one outside enters the meeting room closing the door behind them, Japan finally then looks up and saw Philip who had a cup of coffee with him as Philip then smiles at Japan
" So shall it start now? " Philip asks as he walks over to his seat which is across of the other side of the meeting table which then Japan replied looking at Philip as he nods " Ah- Yes it starts now. " Japan says fixing his tie
A while passed, Japan the whole time during the meeting kept fidgeting with his hands as he stayed quiet and and spoke shortly while Philippines the whole time spoke in long words due to explaining each things and giving examples so that everything can be clear for Japan
As Philip talked as he kept his soft gentle smile and blank interest look as he then spoke again looking at Japan directly in the eyes " And that's how it is, do you understand it clearly Japan? " Japan nods as he taps his foot and fix his tie
Philip smiles in delight upon Japan nodding as a way to say he understood before he then spoke again " Okay then all is left is for me and you to sign the papers, right Japan? "
Japan nodded as he took a paper and signs it before walking over to Philip putting down the paper in front of Philip who smiles and calmly signs the paper with his favorite new Fountain Pen which had his Initial and someone else's initial
Japan looks at the pen which this then spark a memory as his widen upon the memory flowing back to his mind
~Flashback~
The weather was cold and windy as the clouds covered The sunlight from the Sun, a boy named Philippines or else known as Las Felipinas looks up at the sky on top of a high hill
The sky was dark blue with the white lines of thunder showing every once a while, as Philippines looks up at the sky Japan was far down in the hill
After a while Japan was about reach Philip when he heard a voice that did not belong to Philip making Japan nervous ane hide behind a tree loosing his confidence as the one who spoke out walk towards Philip
Japan took a peak as there he saw someone with dark, he was unable to see the person properly due to the foggy and windy day but he could hear the voice talking to Philip with such emotion in their voice
Japan could heard Philip saying out the person's name which he couldn't make out properly, he then took one look again but before he could properly see the person he locked eyes with the person making Japan squeak as he walks away immediately
~Flashback End~
" That.. That reminds me of someone " Japan said looking at the fountain pen of Philippines which had pretty a design and had the initial of Philip and someone at the other end
Philip hums as he looks up at Japan " Oh? why's that? " Philip asked curiously as Japan looks at Philip's fountain pen before speaking " Ah.. nevermind- are you finished signing that? " Japan asked looking at the Paper
Philip nods as he slides back the paper to Japan who takes it and spoke " I suppose that's it.. seems like tomorrow is the last day for those who finished early like you.. " Philip nods with a smile as he stood
" You lucky I still have to stay for 4 days due to paper works " Japan muttered making Philip chuckle " This is why im a workaholic, it provides pros and cons. " Philip says smugly as he takes the few papers
" Ill see you in another day then Japan! " Philip says he waves goodbye at Japan who waved back as Philip opens the door and walks out closing it behind him leaving Japan alone in the meeting room
As Philip have left Japan tries to remember the memory from back then and the pen that had initials of Philip and someone he thinks he knew back then
" P and A... letter A... " Japan muttered as he tries to remember the details of that memory from years ago, it was difficult for him to remember as his mind was completely blank unable to remember the memory properly
Japan tried to remember the person in the memory during that foggy day that disturbed him, as he tried to remember he then realized something, the Fountain Pain looked new and freshly made as if it were gifted to Philip just earlier
As Japan realizes this he then mutters to himself " Who gave him that? "
As Japan muttered to himself little did he knew that person was just outside the room who then spoke
" Me. "
