— How on earth are you so calm? — Milla asked Fernando who couldn't help but laugh at the girl

— Milla, they got it, the only way for them to lose La Liga is a curse falling on them, which isn't happening — Fer said and he was right, Barcelona was already 2-0 against Espanyol and they only needed to win this game to win the title

It was already theirs.

— There's still time for them to score, see, this is why my life was easier when I didn't watch football — She sighed dramatically and Rosy hugged her sides

— Welcome to the life of footballer families — Her mother in law joked kissing the side of her head

She was originally going to watch the game with her friends but when the invite from her boyfriend's family happened she couldn't say no to them, she wanted to, it was the first time she was going to be around them without Pedri and it was after they learned the truth about the start of their relationship.

She laughed a lot seeing Rosy, Fernando and Fer scolding the younger González for his attitude towards the girl at the beginning but other than that it was like they didn't even pay attention for the unusual way of starting a relationship, they just continued to treat the girl the same way they did before, they adored the new addition to the family.

— Are you coming to the streets with us tomorrow? — Fernando asked looking at his daughter in law who celebrated with his older son while recording the television

— Yeah, I think my friends are going as well — She answered back and they smiled

They also had met her friends and were impressed by how accurate the description of their son was of the relationship she had with them and truth be told they loved to see how they welcomed their son into the group, not the footballer, but just Pedro.

"HOLY SHIT WE WON THE LIGA, FUCK MADRIDDDDD"

She played a voice message from her friends groupchat out loud and laughed along her boyfriend's family

— They are definitely going to be on the streets and knowing them I will definitely not be around them — She chuckled knowing their friends would be celebrating hard and she knew she had no way of keeping up with them

— YOU WON — She smiled hugging her boyfriend tightly after the parade around the city

She had definitely made the right choice of choosing to stay with Pedri's family, watching her friends stories showed her that there was no chance in hell that she would've been able to keep up with them, instead of being here hugging her boyfriend she would be at the hospital injured.

— I DID IT! — He smiled seeing four of the most important people in his life welcoming him at his house

She watched while his parents shared their happiness with their son before quickly helping Fer organize the mess they created in the kitchen while they waited for the footballer, they were hungry and were not about to wait for him to get to the house to order food.

— Babe, I saw the boys, they were going absolutely mental — He said when he plopped down next to her in the couch, making the entire room laugh — I'm pretty sure I saw Mateo ripping a Madrid jersey

— He did, he bought them a week before just so he could do it — She said and Fer looked shocked laughing — I swear, they don't know what to do with their money anymore, when we saw the Madrid box we were all just like, what the hell?

— Gavi loved it — Pedri said and we all laughed knowing the youngster really hated the Madrid team

It didn't take long for them to engage in a conversation, the footballer sharing the celebrations that happened right after the game, sensing the interest and happiness that radiated from the one's in the room with him, it didn't feel like he was speaking to no one, he knew everyone was interested and happy for him.

Milla was ecstatic, she never knew she could feel so much happiness from football, but she was sure the reason why she was feeling it was because it was the success of the guy seating next to her, not just the team. She knew if he ever chose to leave the team she would feel the same way with another, the feeling was directed at him.

And it would always be.

Guys, the next update will be the last one!

I'm so sad to say goodbye to them but I really lost myself in the story after so much time without uploading in the past. However, a new story with Pedri is already up and being updated if you guys are interested!

See you this week.
