𝐉𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒 an earlier riser but he didn't realise how awkward that would be when the pretty girl on the couch was the exact opposite of himself.

"Good morning," Jack smiled as he watched her let out a yawn,

"Hi," Lillian mumbled as she stretched her arms out,

"You have a good sleep?" The boy asked as he sat on the other couch,

"Surprisingly," the blonde nodded as she sat up,

"This couch is perfect," she added as it was actually more comfortable that her bed in her dorm,

"I'll make sure to tell Nico that," the brunette smiled as he ran his fingers through his hair,

"Nico?" The soccer player cocked her head as she repeated the boys name,

She had obviously seen him on her tv before but it was the idea of actually hearing about him that made his name sound unfamiliar,

And the fact that she needed at least an hour after she woke up to allow her brain to actually work,

"My captain," the hockey player explained,

"Some of the boys want to meet you," he added as the team group chat was just the boys currently asking when they could see the blonde,

"Am I that popular?" Lillian joked as a smile formed on her lips,

"Of course," Jack nodded as he matched her smile,

"When they started asking Luke about himself he brought your name up multiple times," he explained causing the girls eyes to go wide,

"Only for good things I hope," the blonde mumbled as she turned a soft shade of pink knowing that Luke was notorious for revealing the most embarrassing stories when he was drunk,

And the one story he didn't tell anyone was when Lillian first tried weed she ended up walking through campus high out of her mind in her sweatpants, an oversized tee and her favourite duck slippers as she wanted to find tacos. Which would have been fine if there was a Mexican restaurant on campus, but there was not one in miles.

Luke found her and eventually took her back to his room where he made her eat subway.

"There's not a lot of bad things he could say about you," the brunette shook his head as they turned their attention to Luke's bedroom as they heard the door open,

"Good morning Lilly!" Luke cheered as he sat on her lap,

"Luke you're heavy!" Lillian groaned as the boy rested his back against her chest as he shook his head acting like a wet dog as he had gotten out of the shower just minutes ago,

He was in the mood to be irritating that morning,

"And wet!" She added added as she tried to hit the boy,

"Luke do not kill your best friend on day one," Jack let out a laugh as he watched the duo,

"I'm not planning on killing her," the defender spoke in a duh tone as he finally stopped moving,

"Just slowly suffocating me?" The blonde asked as she was beginning to realise how heavy he actually was,

"That sounds more like it," Luke nodded as he smiled,

"Luke get off!" Lillian began to kick her legs as she tried to get him to move,

"Fine," the defender slid off of her as he sat next to her,
