(Her two Maine Coon cats and her Doberman Pinscher) Azazel still sees Serenity as a daughter he never had. Serenity is still a werewolf electric kitsune hybrid. The Nightmare Realm still exists. Issei is still an asshole.
Things that will be different. Serenity will not be a reincarnation of the original Serenity Fujakante. Daemon will give Serenity his blood to save her when she is three. Serenity is a hybrid between two very lethal creatures: a werewolf and an electric kitsune with high regeneration from Daemon's blood. Serenity will not get her Draconic features until she turns 18. Fuck Issei wanting a big harem, Serenity is getting her own harem. She will steal some of the people of Issei's harem. Rias did not let Issei die on purpose. Issei does not fully care about his sister in this. Generally Issei is a big asshole.
