Nightmare gave Dream a look that said "don't." But Dream knew Cross and almost everything no one else knew and he trusted him alot. So he sighed and spoke in a low voice the responce catching everyones suprise...
"Fine. I'll come along, as long as Killer or my brother comes along. I do trust you, but you know reason as to why I need to be careful around you." Nightmare and the group didn't know what Dream meant but Cross nodded as Killer followed along the way with the three others begin Lux (.._. ._ _ . _ . _ . ._ _ _ .) Cross and Dream. They walked away from the cafeteria to down stairs where a door to the exit was at. Luckily for the group of four the break was ten minutes long so they could use the time. When Cross found a safe place he started to slowly speak to get it over fast: "Dream, dad wants you back in lab stating your powers are a big threat to the world," Cross was interrupted by Killer who put a hand over Dreams shoulder in a comforting manner and give the other two a death glare as he spoke: "Dream isn't comin' anywhere."
Cross ignored the statement as he spoke: "as I was saying, in a way his right, you don't know how to control your powers; I however won't let him get a hold of you again even if it means taking risks." Cross said which cought Dreams breath stuck in fear not for himself but for Cross. He tried to utter a word but Cross continued to talk: "that's why I want you to stay away from going outside as much as possible. I told you to bring someone incase some of the group you're in don't trust me." Cross nodded towards Killer and made Dream snap out of the daze as he hummed in acknowledgment and earned a confused stare from Killer who asked: "Dream, do you know them?"
Dream nodded as he spoke: "I do, Cross is the son of the scientist that did the... unspeakable," Dream said and to much to Killers suprise Cross didn't said a word while Dream continued: "and that one over there is Experiment 69, I do know their real name but they lied about it so it's best we keep it that way, he wants to do it himself." The one wearing fancy clothes nodded and mostly kept quiet. With that the bell rang and Cross left along with "Lux" while Killer and Dream went back to their classes.
