Chapter 6: More Bonds.

Dream had been comfortable with his Dreamons now, after they got along. Dream seems to be trusting them a lot.. and his memory seems to be filling with their moments instead.

It's like they're best friends.. or, brothers.

It seems like the three of them are cuddling with each other...

Lucid seems to be laying his back against the wall; Lucid kept his sitting composure, straight; and his head was slightly tilt to be the back and rest against the wall.

Dream was right next to Lucid, with his head rested on Lucid's shoulder. His right arm was slightly wrapped around Lucid's neck. Lucid's right arm seems to be wrapped around Dream's waist.

As for Nightmare, he was on the left and next to Lucid. Nightmare was also in the same position as Dream, resting his head on Lucid's shoulder, but his left arm wrapped around Lucid's hip slightly. As Lucid's left arm wrapped around Nightmare's waist.

Nightmare's POV:

I was humming some melodic tune, as my eyes closed and head rest on Lucid's shoulder.

We're all bored at this point, and so.. I kinda suggested to cuddle instead, and seems to be working a little..? I opened my eyes and look at the both of them. My expression was soft as always as I saw how peaceful they look!

Lucid with his eyes close, and he rest. Whilst Dream, also with his eyes close, as he hugs Lucid! They're so cute. My.. I can just keep admiring them, if they don't mind-

I then look up, as I see Dream's corpse, hanging on top of the celling. Gosh, it was disturbing to see.. so much blood, and so many flies too.
Gosh, I wish Dream was still alive... even though, he's right here, but this is just the corrupted version of him.

But, I do hope that everything is going to be alright. I then went back to look at the as I heard a soft and quiet snores; it was Dream, he's asleep! He look so cute with that soft face of his whenever he's asleep!

He's such a cutie.<3

I look at Lucid, I don't know whether he's asleep or not. But, he does look peaceful with his eyes close. I look back at the distance and the egg.

I don't feel too tired, yet. So, I'm just going to take care of these two. I let out a sigh, thinking about something..

Then, I flinch at Lucid's sudden movement, I look back at him just to meet his gaze at me. He had rest his head on my shoulder. While staring at me with a soft frown.

I tilt my head to the side a little and asked; "Lucid, what's wrong?". I can tell that something is bothering him. Lucid sighed before speaking; "It's nothing much.. the egg... It's just trying to control my mind and communicate with me." Oh...

"What?! But- why though? Why..... you?" The sound of scared, concern and confusion can be heard in my voice. I was scared that the egg might control Lucid... Like what happened to Dream.

Lucid sighed once again, and said; "Don't ask me, ask the egg yourself. Oh, and don't worry about it. The egg doesn't have that much power over me anyway."

"Don't jinx it!"

I said, as I gulped a little. He only rolled his eyes and close them back as if he wants to communicate with the egg again. 'Gosh, he's so hard to take care of...'. I sighed and look back at the egg. 'But... Really though, why Lucid? Is it because Lucid is powerful or.. the egg is just doing it for fun??' I thought and questioned myself.

Now, I can't get these thoughts out of my head, great.

3rd POV

As the three rest themselves. Some of the vines were moving, slightly... None of them notice though; ....Then..

A sound of humming was heard, and Lucid open his eyes and look around immediately. He's always on guard. Nightmare also looked around. And Nightmare was kinda scared. "W-.. who's humming..?" Nightmare said to Lucid and cling onto him.

The sound of humming started to get closer... Then, Lucid recognize the owner of the voice. He let out a sigh and reassured Nightmare that everything is okay.

Nightmare was still a little scared but, he trust Lucid. A lot. Nightmare let go of Lucid and said; "Who's humming, though?"

"I don't really remember their full names... But, I do remember Dream calls them bad, when he was alive."

"Ah... Bad..... Oh! Badboyhalo!"

"Yeah... Badboyhalo..." Lucid muttered as he sighed once again. Seems like Lucid doesn't know some of the SMP members and us not used to them either. Nightmare hummed along with Badboyhalo, slightly quiet.

Nightmare then got up and peek his head while being behind the egg. Badboyhalo was looking up at Dream's corpse... His face was terrified, shock and disgust; it sure was a disturbing sight to see.

Nightmare, knowing that no know can see Dreamons except for Dream; he's trying to decide whether or not to scared Badboyhalo out, because of how playful Nightmare can he whenever he's bored.

Nightmare decided not to for now.

He then went back to Lucid and Dream as he pressed his back against the back again. The two Dreamons heard Badboyhalo talking to the egg; "Oh my... What happened in here...?" The egg didn't respond. Then...

Badboyhalo slowly walks closer to the egg and going behind...

And finds Dream! Badboyhalo was even more shock. Two Dream....?? Badboyhalo can't see the Dreamons. As Nightmare gulped and then, let out a sigh of relief, relieved that people actually can't see them. He look up at Badboyhalo; who was still shock and confused.

"How is there two Dream..?!"

...

No one answered. Silence took over the room once more.
