Y/n's Pov:
"Whoa. This is....this is.....I-I don't know what this is! A hidden world." Tom says
"I like the sound of that." I said
Both dragons trilled happily.
"Don't have to ask me twice. Let's go sis!" Tom says excitedly
Just then our phones started to ring making our dragons roar and grumble.
"Uh, don't worry! Don't worry! No, no, no! It-It's just our phones. It's just our phones." Tom says trying to calm them down.
I took out my phone to see why it was ringing.
"Oh no. Tom. Mom' heading home. We need to go." I said
"Mom's heading home? Right now?" Tom questions
"Yes right now. Come on." I said
We both ran past both dragons and to the opening of the cave.
Both dragons walked behind us to our sides before grunting.
"Yeah, I'm gonna need a lift, pal." Tom says
"Same here. Hope you don't mind buddy." I said
The black and white one raised their wings and Tom climbed on his back.
While I climbed on the other one's back. They both took off and flew towards our dome.
"She's leaving work now! Can you, you know, step on it?" Tom asks
"Yeah, we need to get back fast." I said
Both dragons immediately sped up and almost made us not fall off.
They flew around the fissure and up in front of the moon.
The white and black one growled before sending out a lightning shockwave and knocking out the power.
We flew over all the domes during the blackout making sure to not be seen.
"Tom, mom's almost home. Look down there. Hurry you two!" I said
"Look out!" Tom yells
Both dragons quickly maneuvered around the windmill and dove on top of our dome.
We saw mom walking up to the dome as we got off our dragon's backs and opened up the skylight.
"Thanks for the lift. You should both get out of here though. Tom and I will be back at the cave tomorrow." I said
Both dragons grumbled and flew away and Tom and I quickly jumped onto the couch.
"Tom, Y/n, I'm home." Mom says
"Oh, hey mom." Tom says
"Glad your back home." I said
Mom then set down her flashlight and walked over to us.
"I don't think I'll ever get used to that hair. You look like you've both been electrocuted." Mom says before walking away.
Tom and I both sighed in relief.
