Haeleigh: it's been forever since we've talked!!

Steve: it's only been a couple weeks

Jayla: time is always slower to girls

Steve: okayyy......

Haeleigh: oh, so you want to know who showed up the other day?

[Haeleigh has invited Caleb Dume to the chat]

Jayla: wait a minute aren't you...?

Caleb: Kanan Jarrus. Yes, yes I am

Steve: how does that work? You don't even look the same as in Star Wars Rebels

Haeleigh: remember, Steve? We're in an alternate universe

Jayla: so, how do you know each other?

Caleb: we're best friends

Jayla: wait, what?

Haeleigh: well, we're almost the same age. He's actually like a year younger than me, though he likes to act like he is older

Caleb: someone has to keep you from going crazy all the time

Haeleigh: I do not go crazy

Haeleigh: oh, we just kinda sorta influenced him through the Force by sending thoughts into his mind during a conversation he was having with Master Yoda. It worked every time because he would say whatever thought we sent. It was hilarious!!!! Best part is, Master Windu still has no idea what happened

Jayla: sounds like your childhood was fun

Steve: so, are you two together?

Haeleigh: what?! No! We're just friends

Caleb: yea, it'd never go that far. What about you?

Steve: Jayla and I are engaged

Jayla: since about January. We got engaged last month

Haeleigh: oh, so you never showed me your ring

Jayla: hey! Leave him alone! He proposed when we didn't have time to get one, and we decided to just do wedding rings instead
