"Hey darling-" your father walked in on you doing some pull ups, your body all sweaty, your muscles showing since you were wearing a tank top. You stopped midway to look at your dad to finish his sentence. "Sorry this bad timing, but Mrs. Midoriya came over to invite us to eat over at her place tonight."

You gently landed on the ground nodding at your father, "okay I'll go shower then" you smiled at him giving him a fist bump on your way to your bedroom.
'She's not going to be too happy once she figures out why" he thought

"Thank you all for coming!" The green haired women said excitedly, while shaking my parents hands I noticed Midoriya behind her smiling up to my mom and dad. "Wow y/n it's been a while since I last saw you!" Mrs Midoriya said while hugging me, I gently hugged her back

"Sorry I've been quite busy" I explained to her

"Well, come on food is almost ready!" She said leading my parents to the kitchen "oh Y/n how about you hangout with Izuku in the living room while we talk about something" I looked over at my dad who simply smiled at me, I really didn't want to leave his side but I didn't want to intrude their adult conversation so I walked to the living room sitting on one of the couches going thru my phone.

I can see Midoriya in the corner of my eye sitting down at one of the other couches but staring at me, his hands shaking a little. "Ah y/n h-how have you been?" He started the conversation

"I've been pretty good." I told him, still staring at my phone. I heard my dad clear his throat and I looked over towards the kitchen I can see the adults staring at our interaction. Oh, so they are in on it as well.

"That's g-good to hear you look a little different" he said looking over at his mom who gave him a gentle smile to encourage the boy the keep going.

"Yeah people keep telling me" I said finally looking at him "I've been working out a lot, if I'm going to be the number 1 some day I will have to get stronger." A little embarrassed knowing the adults are listening in. "I'm finally getting used to turning on my infinity, and I learned that this power comes with gravity manipulation so i can move things around just by staring at them. But I have to be careful cause it can also hurt people, pretty bad a-" I stopped myself from cussing

"That's amazing! I've been trying to control my quirk too" he said embarrassed

"You just got your quirk I'm sure you'll be a great hero some day once you learn how to control it Midoriya" I said without thinking. The house suddenly got quiet, the parents stopped talking and Midoriya looked at me with wide eyes.

"Midoriya?" He asked

"What? Is that not your name?" I asked him starting to get annoyed that everyone was suddenly starting at us

"It is.... I'm just confused on why we're on last name terms now" he said while looking away. A scoff left my mouth

"What do mean? You were the one who abandoned me. Ever since we started high school you've been distant the last time we actually spoke to each other was when I was helping you with Uraraka- which by the way you're welcome" I told him rolling my eyes. I can't believe this is happening right now. "Did you actually think I was going to keep calling you by your first name when we're no longer close"

I got up to leave but he grabbed my arm signaling me to sit down "no let's talk." He said in a serious tone. "I'm not sure why you're acting like this, I talked to my mom about what was happening in school and I made the plan for your family to come over so we can work this out. So please help me to understand what's going on with you y/n!" He told me in a pleading tone

"Don't say my first name Midoriya! It's L/n to you, you got that!" I told him my anger was slowly coming in "and I already told you what the problem is... I was there when you were quirkless, I was there to comfort you when you were getting bullied, I was the one who believed in you to actually become a hero even without a quirk. It was me Midoriya! And once we entered U.A I was the one who calmed you down because you were a nervous wreck!"

All he did was stare at me confused where the conversation was going. "But you.... You left me alone once you found your new group of friends. You stopped responding to my messages. When we were attacked at USJ, you didn't even bother to check if I was okay when there was blood all over my arm. You checked up on everyone else's but me..."

"Y/n...." I heard the green haired say, I was on the verge of crying but I wasn't going to let him or anyone see me.

"What is so wrong with me Midoriya?" I started to laugh ".....can a beauty like you hang out with a beast like me?"  He looked at me confused

"You are no beast y/n-"

"It's l/n to you, and how can you say that when that's all you made me feel like!" I said yelling at him

"ITS NOT MY FAULT AS WELL!!" He suddenly yelled out. "It's not my fault that you have trouble making new friends y/n! I'm not the one treating you like the beast you are! You are doing this to your own self! You wonder why you don't make any friends? Well take a look at the mirror and it'll show you why! YOU CANT EVEN TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!" Once he finished yelling, he realized what he said and tried to apologize

I stood up ignoring everyone's pleas to hear Midoriya out. The boy trying to grab on to my arms but slapped his hand away putting my shoes back on. I can hear him crying out to me to come back and that it was a mistake. I simply looked back at him, the tears now falling down.

"Goodbye Midoriya." I said before walking out the door going to my house and locking myself in one of the rooms returning to my workout while crying.
