There was something going on between Noah and Cody. Not in a "oh, they're besties!" way but in a "oh my god they were roommates" way - they were undoubtedly, obviously, absolutely dating. They really thought they were slick about it, too, but don't think I didn't notice Cody following Noah around like a lovesick puppy and Noah sneaking glances at Cody whenever he thought nobody was watching. But I always was. Everyone else was oblivious to it, though - so oblivious it was almost sickening. I swear I even saw them holding hands, for Max Goof's sake! But, if I had to be honest, it was sort of cute - opposites really do attract, because who would've thought sweet, innocent, childish Cody would end up with cynical, quick-witted, sarcastic Noah? It was like one of those fanfictions! They really were perfect for each other, though. Good for them.
