"Usually people from the dream don't know the people I know, so who are you exactly?" He asked
"I'm, his companion or a friend through his journeys to many worlds, or you could say I'm just a Kamen rider passing through,"
"But, I haven't met or seen you before in person or known about your existence,"
"That's something you'll need to know from him, you'll never know what happened if you don't ask Ryugh. Especially because he lost a girl he considered a friend,"
"Did something happen with him?" He asked
"Let's say, we split up, over hundred years ago. Because that girl died," he replied
"Hundred years? Girl?"
"We're getting sidetracked, now on to our main conversation. The girl I mean is an old friend of mine and Ryugh's, mostly his. And he was devastated when he learned that she died in the hands of his hated enemy," he responded
"Hated enemy?" Victor asked
"An enemy that always follows him in every world he possibly can, a monster thirst for squishing despair out of someone to see their suffering," Tsukasa replied
"What kind of person is that...?"
A loud thunder was heard and they turned their heads, they saw thunderous clouds above the city with lots of sparks
"Does terrible weather happened often in the city?" He asked
"No, that isn't a cloud,"
"What do you mean?"
"Those clouds represent destruction of someone who has arrived, and he doesn't hesitate to kill anyone,"
"Who's 'he' you always talking about?" He asked
"Don't worry, I already predicted the future, all of you will survive, but you need to get through tragedy during the fight. All I could say right now is, there'll be three more of you coming into this world," Tsukasa said
"Three more of me?" Victor asked
Everything went dark, Victor couldn't see anything other than the void of darkness around him
"Aethra City... Three more of me coming into this world... I must know what that means, Ryugh must know," he said
"I'll be in your world in a hurry, I'll send someone to assist you during the fight," Tsukasa said

Back in reality
Victor opens his eyes to see himself in his bedroom, he sit up and remembered what the dream was, "That's right, Aethra City. I need to remember that name until I find something,"
He got out of bed and goes to the door, when he was about to open it, someone open the door from the other side. It was revealed to be Gloria that open it
"Oh, you're already awake," she said
"Gloria, I'm going to be busy today," he responded
"Why's that?"
"I have things to find," he replied and ran out of the room to go to the base
"What are you trying to find?" She wonders

In the base
Victor entered the base with intention to find the Aethra City from what the dream showed him
"Aethra City... I need to find it," he said to himself and starts pressing on the books as the keywords, "City, Sky, Aethra..."
After he pressed on the books he chooses to be the keyword, only one book showed up
