The episode opens with an outside shot of the outside of  Saisei. Then, we hear Naze speak.

Naze: Listen up. The man waiting ahead is the most fearsom man in the outer sphere. Make sure you're not rude to him.

We see the main Tekkadan boys and Naze in the entrance of a mansion in front of a group of men.

Naze: Hey, long time no see.

Bald dude: It has been, Mr. Turbine. I'm sorry to ask, but what business do you have today?

Naze takes off his hat.

Naze: Well, I came to see the Old Man.

The bald dude nods and the gates open.

Naze: Okay. 

He turns to Tekkadan.

Naze: Shall we go?

-MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM: IRON BLOODED ORPHANS-

We see a man tending to a bonsai tree

He notices the group and turns to them.

McMurdo: So you're here, Naze. 

-Mini timeskip to McMurdo's office-

McMurdo: I see, so it's you guys. I've heard about you.

He looks at them for a bit.

McMurdo: You all look confident.

He calls out to someone.

McMurdo: Hey, serve some cannoli to our guests. With plenty of cream.

Saitama: Yes, sir.

(Get it? Cuz he's bald-)

We focus on Biscuit for a bit.

Biscuit: (This is the representative of Teiwaz, McMurdo Barriston?)

Then on Eugene. 

Eugene: (He's different from what we imagined.)

McMurdo: So Naze, what do you want to do?

Naze: These guys aren't afraid of taking chances. Old man, I want to swear a Sakazuki blood oath to him.

Orga seems a bit shocked.

McMurdo: I see, you regard his manliness that highly? I guess rare events do happen.

He focuses on Tekkadan again.

McMurdo: That's fine. I'll hold a ceremony for you to be sworn brothers.  Turbines and Tekkadan will be brothers.

Orga recoils back slighlty.

Orga: We and the Turbines will be brothers?

McMurdo turns to Naze again.
