We see a replay of what happened at the end of last chapter.

We go back to just before Orlis' Graze started chasing Orga and Eugene around, when Mikazuki and Kento were talking to Orga in their Mobile Workers

Orga: Hey, Mika, Kiki.

Mikazuki/Kento: Huh?/Yeah?

We cut to the room where the two mobile suits were being kept.

Orga: There's a job only you two can do.

We see Kudelia standing there doing nothing, when the brothers come in with their MWs.

Kento: We're here, Mr. Nadi!

Nadi(off-screen): I was waiting for you.

Kudelia turns to look at the two teens in the Mobile Workers.

Kudelia: Kento, Mikazuki..

After some time, Nadi removes some parts from the MWs.

Kudelia shows up unexpectedly

Kudelia: Alaya-vijnana? It can only fuse with children who are still growing. It uses special nanomachines and is dangerous and inhumane.

Kento: (AND YOU DIDN'T QUESTION THE MOBILE SUITS!?)

Nadi: With those nanomachines, it creates a pseudo-brain lobe that govern spatial awareness. Making a system where the brain can directly process MS data.

Kento: Hey, Mr. Nadi? I don't have the Alaya-vijnana system, and neither does the MS... How does that work?

Nadi: It kinda just does, so let's not question it.

Kento: Gotchu.

Nadi: Okay.

Nadi: Without something like this, uneducated kids like them couldn't operate this thing even if their lives depend on it.

Kudelia: But...

Nadi: Kids.. The Mobile suits' feedback is nothing like a Mobile Worker's. Your cerebral nerves could...

Mikazuki: It's okay. We never use them much anyway.

Kento: Hold on, what?

Nadi: *sigh* Why can't you be more like your brother? He at least is concerned..

Kudelia was getting kinda angry.

Kudelia: Why? You say that so easily... Is your life not precious to you!?

Mikazuki: Of course it is.

Kento: Our lives and everybody else's!

Now we see Mikazuki and Kento getting ready with the help of Nadi and Yamagi.

Nadi: That's good.

Mikazuki then connects to the Alaya-Vijnana.

Mikazuki: It's fine.

Nadi: I'm gonna start it up. You should do the same Kento!

Kento: Oh, right. Yamagi, do your magic!

Yamagi: On it.

As the system starts, the screen reads:
