"Bro yo breath stink like hell." I turned my face up sitting in a meetin that I had for this fashion show I wanted to line up for next month

"I had tuna for lunch." He covered his mouth walkin' out embarrassed at the fact I pointed it out makin' me shrug my shoulders in response

"You gotta learn to play nice Mr. Ben." Aubrey chuckled at me I knew sometime I could be too honest but that's just who I was as a person if you couldn't handle you didn't need to be around me

"I try, so is everythin' final?" I asked as I spun side to side in the office chair

"Yes most of the models confirmed just the to get the final model which is your niece Chasity I haven't heard back from her yet but I'm sure by this afternoon I will." She tried to reassure me but I knew Chasity I would have to reach out to her personally

"If not Aubrey make sure ta' call or email me so I can get in contact with em'." I looked down at my phone to see if I got any missed notifications from Eryn but I haven't since last night after I dropped her off last night at her apartment

"Okay." Was all she before leavin' me as I texted Eryn once again lettin' her know I'll be ova there in a few to check on her and still haven't heard from her

Grabbin' my stuff before heading out I unlocked my car gettin' in and went and grabbed Eyrn some chipotle before headin' ova to her.

"Yea let me get a bowl with uh- white rice, half chicken and half steak." I said to the worker waiting for them to add stuff to the bowl

"Let me get some more chicken." I said cause niggas acted as if shit was comin out they check "Add corn, extra fajita vegetables, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole and gimme a bag of chips too."

"Okay your total will be $14.90." Handing her a $20.00 I told her to keep the change. Walkin out the door Myles started to call me

"Fuck you want bitch." I said puttin him on speaker as I got in my car

"Fuck you too hoe ass nigga. Where yo ass at anyway."

"On my way to my lady house she ain't been pickin' up tho." In all honesty I felt somethin was off but I didn't want to be right

"Ah shit what your ass do now?" He questioned

Sucking my teeth as I pulled up to a red light "I didn't do nothin' I had shit to do with a fashion show next month she knew that and I told her I'll be ova' there when I got done but she wasn't answerin' I could feel somethin off woe."

"If you feel like I'm sure something off then, hit me later." He said before hangin' up

Pulling up the her apartment complex I pulled up next to her car meanin' she was still home and most likely haven't left all day today and was ignorin' me

Finally gettin' in front of her door it was cracked open makin me alert she always made sure her door was locked "What the fuck." I mumbled as I scrunched my eyebrows together openin' the door wider lettin' myself in

"Yo Eyrn!" I yelled out her name walkin' towards where her room was as I analyzed around her apartment but didn't see anythin' out of order

Gettin in front of her the sight in front of me almost knocked the wind out of me making me go by her side earnin' a low groan from her letting me know she had some type of life in her

"Baybeh." I called for her but she was in and out of consciousness "I gotta get you to a hospital." I mumbled to myself grabbin some slippers for her to put on before carrying her bridal style to my car making sure she was in there securely before hurryin' up to the diver side.

Before drivin' off I put my head on the stirring wheel doing a silent prayer before punchin' it "FUCK!" I whipped my hand down my face before pullin' off and drivin' to the closest hospital I could find.

It been two days since she been in the hospital I couldn't find the strength to leave her side so I would go home shower and be right back here.

"Go right on up baby." The elder nurse said makin' me smile weakly at her before headin' up to her room

"How you doin' Mrs. Randall." I went over to embrace her into a hug we had met the first day it happened we didn't want to meet like this under these circumstances "Anythin' new?" I asked as we watch as a nurse came in and checked her vitals and makin' sure everythin' was good before leavin' out and closin' the door behind her

"No just a waiting game for a sweet girl to wake up." She sniffled as she rubbed over her knuckles "Sorry Ima go and get some coffee you want something?" She asked waitin' for my answer

"No thank you." I thanked her for offerin' and with that she left out leavin' me alone to my thoughts

"Wassam baybeh." I smiled kissinm her forehead "Damn I miss you E, I need you here with me. I know you can't speak to me but I know you can hear me. I love you." I paused before speaking again "You know you was the first girl to ever have a nigga heart." I chuckled a little because I knew Myles would wild out if he heard this shit before continuing "I need you to wake up so we could start our journey." As I said that a tear slipped down her face making me whip it tear free

"Ima be here everyday until you wake up. You don't gotta worry no more." I held her hand she squeezed mine a little letting me know she knows that she hears everything I'm saying

"Police think ya ex left the city." I spoke up after sitting in a peaceful silence as my jaw flexed "We gon' fix this shit." Kissing her forehead and went over to the recliner chair and dozed off into a light nap.
