The secret to a Smile.

Let me swim in this deep blue sea

And tell you a smooth ole' story

The joyful days are not too far away

It all starts with a simple, "Hey."

A little love from the ones we adore

Makes us feel alive, makes us grow

A hug, wink, or a smile lets endorphins go

The mind becomes fulfilled with a flow

They say, do what you do best, friend

run, bike, garden the flowers outdoors, lend

A hand to the little child nearby

and write, write til your mind is the sky

Next, positivity is the key from heavens above

A bronze medalist is happy to get heard with love

While a silver medalist is raging for gold

But let's accept what we have, and on we hold

Chit- chat the day that passes by

Write write, on this gratitude journal, fly

Forgive and accept each other as we are

Or else we will end up as the angry ones up far

Give a hand, lend it to another

It is a gift to be here on Earth, as a lover

Pray to have a purpose and look up

I wish we could be free, drink tea from a cup

Don't obsess over health, but moderately strive

Walk, eat fruits and vegetables, lets go in the bee hive

Watch a little bit of tv, hear the happy children

Movies aren't bad, let the picture go in the vision
