Hinata: Normal
Kageyama: Bold
Hinat leans in, his face almost touching Kageyama's. "I miss playing with you"
Kageyama froze in place
"It's been two years!? We still haven't gotten over this argument."
Hinata places the book down on the desk
"It was a dumb reason for us to stop talking and I will just say it straight up. It was my fault and I understand that you have all right to be mad at me, but I missed how we were before."
Hinata drops his arms to the side
"Come on"
Kageyama jolted and quickly covers the bottom half of his face with his hand and looks away
"Are you ok?"
Hinata realizes how close they are and turns red.
He quickly takes some steps back, but then fumbles over a wire.
Kageyama stands up to check on Hinata
"Are you ok?"
"Ow my but!"
Hinata stand up, patting his but
"You're just going to act like, you didn't see anything"
"Hey is everything ok! I heard a loud thud" shouts Miwa from downstairs
"Everything is fine!" Kageyama yells back
Hinata has an embarrassed look on his face, that he tries to brush off
"Anyway! Where were we? Oh yeah so-"
"I'm... I'm sorry"
Hinata looks at Kageyama surprised
"Why are you apologizing?"
"I overreacted"
For a moment they stare at each other
"I regret everything. All of it. What I did, I could never forget about it. Things could have been different."
"I should have been happy for you, but instead I overreacted. I'm sorry"
Kageyama kept looking around the room trying to avoid Hinata's speechless face
"I want to give you a hug but I feel like it would be awkward"
"It really would be"
Hinata smiled at Kageyama.
Kageyama smiles back awkwardly
In his eyes, Hinata's smile was lucent.
Yeah, he missed it, he couldn't argue with that.
"So we're good?"
"I guess so"
"Ok thank god! I was scared that we wouldn't go back to normal" Hinata sighed in relief
They stand there for a bit
"So..."
"Oh shoot! I was supposed to give Yamaguchi's book back! I'll have to go, I'll talk to you tomorrow"
Hinata grabbed the book and was heading towards the door.
"Wait, should I drop you off? It would be faster"
"Alright then!"
They Arrived downstairs and was putting their shoes on.
"Miwa! I'll be back"
"Alright! Be safe" she replies
Hinata and Kageyama get in the car and start driving to the campus
Hinata wanted to say something but didn't know what to
They sat like this for a bit
"Hey Kageyama, what have you been doing all this time?" He faces him
"Just volleyball"
"Would you like to play together again?"
"Sure"
They arrive at the campus and Hinata goes to find Yamaguchi's room.
He knocks at the door and waits
Yamaguchi opens it looking tiered
"Here you go, your book," Hinata said as he gave it to Yams
"Oh, you actually got it?" Replied Yamaguchi
"Of course!"
"I'll see you tomorrow! I have to go now"
"Ok then, thanks! bye Hinata"
Hinata then ran out to find Kageyama
He gets in the car and tries to catch his breath
"So tomorrow, We will play together!"
"Ok"
They're finally friends again! Woohoo! Now we have to wait for the KageHina part...
