"Hindi ako nainom pero iinom ako para sayo Je." sabi ni Lily tapos humawak din sa kamay ni Jenna.
I was about to pat Jenna on her back pero bigla siyang tumawa.
"Joke lang mga mhie. HAHAHAHA. Pwede na bang pang star magic?" natatawang sabi niya habang hinahampas yung lamesa. Okay eto na yung Jenna na kilala namin.
Sinabunutan ni Marcus si Jenna tapos si Lily binugahan siya ng boba gamit yung straw sa milktea niya.
Tumingin sa akin si Jenna, "Riley, don't tell me napaniwala kita? Teh ilang days ako nag tamlay tamlayan para sa arte ko na yon!"
I just gave her a middle finger. There's no way na magkakagusto sa akin 'to kasi I knew something... but I almost bought her act.
"Pero seryoso na kasi... nagulat ba talaga ate mo? At kung oo, bakit?" curious na tanong ni Marcus.
"Okay, we will start there. I actually want to say something since nung sinabi mo Riley na nililigawan ka ni ate Ren." there she goes. Masyadong open book si Jenna talaga kaya kapag may something, mapapansin mo. "Pero base lang 'to sa nasasabi ng ate ko ha kapag nag ke kwento siya."
Sabay sabay kaming tumango na tatlo.
"Medyo nagulat lang si ate kasi never pa daw nanligaw yan si ate Ren..." tumingin sa akin si Jenna ng parang may pag alala.
"... and she never had a serious relationship with... women. Then mostly sa mga flings niya mas matatanda sa kanya or ka age niya lang. Her relationship with men, which is isa lang naman, also don't last long. Like 1 to 2 months ata." damn.
Napatungo ako after sabihin yun ni Jenna.
Tumingin sila sa aking tatlo.
"So? What does it mean?" tanong ni Marcus. I'll just let them keep this conversation going.
"I don't know..." kibit balikat na sagot ni Jenna. "Nagdadalawang isip ako sabihin sayo Riley kasi I don't want to sound like I'm warning you pero I think you need to know for your awareness din."

"Are you scared Riley? Bothered?" napatingin ako kay Lily. This girl is really weird. "Well, that feeling is normal and valid Riley, especially when you're opening up to someone and when you're experiencing something new. It's part of the new beginning, I guess?" wow. She's making sense here.
Tumingin ako kay Jenna at Marcus to ask for their opinion pero they are looking at Lily at mga mukang takot. Parang mga tanga.
"Lily may iba iba ka bang alter?" tanong ni Jenna habang nakakapit sa kamay ni Marcus. "Heads up mo naman kami kung mag papalit ka ng personality teh." takot na sabi ni Marcus.
"Ano ba ako lang 'to." sabi ni Lily sabay hawi sa buhok niya. "Pero Riley, be scared but don't stay there. Buti nga may ligawan stage kayo eh. So you will know what type of person she is. Siguro naman magagamit mo pagka psych major mo sa ganyan." she added. What she said somehow comforted me.
Dapat pala dito ako nadikit kay Lily hindi kay Jenna at Marcus na ginagawang sitcom yung buhay ko.
"Eh psych din si ate Ren eh? Alam niyo naman, although hindi lahat ha, ang mga psych majors nag aaral yan para maging license manipulator." pabirong sabi ni Marcus. Sinipa siya ni Jenna tapos nakatikim siya ng buga ng boba ni Lily.
"Hoy, I'm not saying na ate Ren is a player or problematic. It's just that she has a history. Hindi ko nga lang alam background but I think she has reasons." seryosong sabi ni Jenna habang nakatingin siya sa akin.
"Yeah Riley, that's why take the ligawan stage as a way to know her more... and I think, ate Ren is better than your ex." Lily said.
"How did you know bebe girl? Kilala mo ex ni Riley?" tanong ni Marcus. "Basta." ang sabi ni Lily tapos ngumiti sa akin. Weird.
"Riley, bago tayo bumalik sa clinic I have a controversial question." oh no why do I feel na alam ni Marcus na may nangyari samin ni ate Re-
"So hindi lang basta crush si ate Ren? Nagpaligaw ka na eh." okay this question is better than I thought.
"Yeah, I like her. She's not my crush anymore." I answered.

Nothing special happened in my day at the clinic. Naiisip ko si ate Ren, wala parin siyang paramdam. After what happened THAT day, we cuddled and talked about random things then we fell asleep. Tapos kinabukasan, pinagluto niya ako at hinatid niya ako dito sa unit ko at sa clinic.
She also informed me about their three days conference. Monday nag start and today is Wednesday so bukas ko pa siya siguro mararamdaman. Kailangan din niya mag pahinga.
Naputol yung pag iisip ko ng biglang may nag doorbell. Tumayo ako sa couch para i check sa intercom kung sino and what the heck. It's almost 11 PM!
Dali dali kong binuksan yung pinto,
"Hi Riley, sorry for coming here late." nakangiting bati ni Ate Ren. May hawak siyang flowers.
She looks exhausted and drained, but she smiles widely at me. Don't tell me nag drive pa siya papunta dito?
"Aalis din ako, I came here to give you thi-"
"Get inside." I firmly said.
"No Riley I just-" hindi ko na siya pinatapos at hinila ko na siya papasok.
When we got to the living room, I turned around to face her and opened my arms for a hug. She just stood there, puzzled, staring at me. She really does appear exhausted, and I'm doing this because I don't know how to comfort her. And I can't believe I'm doing this.
"Ate Ren what if hug mo na ako?" her eyes softened and she asked, "C... can I?" then I nodded.
Naglakad siya papunta sa akin at niyakap ako ng mahigpit. Nararamdaman ko yung mabigat na pag hinga niya. When I caressed her back, she hugged me tightly.
When I was about to break the hug, "Wait Riley... hindi pa ako tapos mag charge." Then she buried her face in my neck.
Ginawa pa talaga akong charger.
