We can see the school ship, Zuikaku sailing peacefully along with some shipgirls from the Azur lane fleet 

Thou there were current changes in the school ship

After it was attack by the sirens a few months back, many Airfields were made with many modified ww2 Japanese planes being docked with the 'Underworld' of the Zuikaku deciding to help those who are on the flight deck by giving materials and practicing how to repair a ship so they can do damage control and other things ensure the ship float and sails continuously

This is also where the raw materials were sent to build and assemble the planes along with the gun turrets of the tanks being replaced with modified dual purpose tank gun turrets so they can participate on firing at incoming siren jets or humanoids in a time where they decided to attack the ship as there elevation was been extended with many parts of the tanks modified to make this happen

Numerous AA guns were built around the floating city with posts for the trained men close to those AA guns so they can immediately man them incase the sirens bypassed the outer AA defense which was the very first AA guns that appeared the day the sirens attacked the ship for the first time 

But this time these AA defenses were replaced and improved to take down more enemy planes 

As for Sensha-dō those who are currently using this way were trained to fire the AA shells in there tanks within 5 seconds to 1 second, with a few members and some young adults that graduated from the school and got job here signing up to pilot a plane despite knowing the risk of being killed in the skies

And then suddenly alarms rang around the ship, causing the ships searchlights to open and search the sky miles away, with soldiers an cadets in the ship that signed up to fend off the incoming sirens, heading to the AA gun positions

When they done this the outer defense fired in a 60 degreed angle with the searchlights pointing in that directions as 75 Siren Planes approached them, with the Azur lane shipgirls opening fire at them by using there AA guns in there riggings

Out of the 75 planes that tried to pass by the AA defense, only 30 managed to enter and fired there laser guns and bomb at the town, with the people hiding in the made bunkers that are close to there respective streets which contained many beds food, and water with some soldier guarding them to ensure there wouldn't be chaos in the bunkers

As the Siren planes continued to bombard the city, A Panzer IV owned by Miho's group for Sensha-dō along with other tanks use the gun turret to fire AA rounds as they passed by the streets to follow the enemy planes, shooting 9-14 of them

Until one of the plane fired at the Panzer IV's armor, causing it to stop as it hits a part that makes the tank move and almost explode, with Yukari opening the tank's entrance to make the smoke go out, with her deciding to order the other commanders of there own tanks to follow the siren planes until the Oorai Air Force came to intercept the remaining enemies

But before she gave the order, the radio of there tank spoke, revealing Miho speaking through 

"This is Squadron Angel of the Oorai Air Force withdraw all tanks on being Anti-Air guns and begin to protect firefighter on putting out the fires left by the enemies, we'll start intercepting them now"

With that Yukari gave what Miho ordered to them with Saori and Mako managing to replace the broken part as they are given a spare part incase it was hit, causing the tank to move once again with the members in the tank praying for Miho and the other's safety
