Felicity Armstrong.

Jazz Brown had been roommates with a promising psychopath all the while.

She gripped her doorknob with her heart in her throat, "Here goes nothing."

"Jazz wait a second– don't you think or feel like this is too easy? Purple has been at this for a while you really think this is it?"

That ever nagging doubt.

"I don't know Jazz, I mean she–Purple attacked me and right now I desperately want to believe it is her but don't you think this might be too easy?" Aubrey voiced her apprehension.

Jazz's hand dropped from the door knob, "What do you mean?"

"I mean– anyone with an eye knows Felicity and Bonnie had been put head to head because of their unhealthy infatuation with Diezel Kinney. If Purple could attempt to kill me for just jewelry, imagine the lengths she might have gone to get Bonnie out of the picture?"

Jazz pondered, "You have a point and trust me, I understand you Aubs. But there's only one way we're going to find out anything."

Aubrey exhaled steeling herself inwardly for whatever awaited behind the door, "I'm ready."

The pair of them busted into the dorm room startling Felicity who was only too surprised to see them.

The vinyl player was on and playing some music Jazz was rather too angered to recognize. The chubby girl was snacking and going through a story book while cuddled by her six pillows.

"We know what you did." Jazz did the talking.

Felicity's eyes filled with dread and something else that struck Jazz as... Fear? Felicity was afraid?

A moment passed, then another.

They could hear if a pin dropped.

Then a sound came with any warning, it was feral and cut straight through the silence like a wailing siren– only, Felicity was crying.

Jazz and Aubrey exchanged looks uncertainty.

Jazz made to talk but the words never found their way out as Felicity's voice boomed into the air with her confession. Aubrey quietly shut the door. If anything, Felicity was outnumbered and neither girls were scared to take her down.

"It wasn't me! I swear it wasn't me!" Felicity sobbed.

"Wasn't you that did what?" Jazz pressed, too eager to get this over with.

"I only sold them the eye lenses."

"Lilac eyes..." Aubrey muttered under her breath.

"What was that Aubrey?" Jazz's head snapped in her cousin's direction, "If you're thinking something you better say it out loud."

Aubrey's blue eyes glossed and she found herself taking a seat on Jazz's bed, her knees suddenly too weak to hold her up.

"I remember something from that night in the Refectory, Jazz, I never forgot. But when you visited me at the hospital I just wasn't ready to relive that night or the fear..."

"Go straight to the point." Jazz demanded.

"The person who tried to kill me had lilac eyes, Jazz. Could you imagine that? I didn't want to say it out loud before so you didn't think I was crazy. And this sick b*tch sold it to them!" Aubrey yelled, lunging for Felicity.

Before Jazz could think rationally, Aubrey had pulled Felicity off her bed by her hair with tears streaming down her face and Felicity yelping in pain.

Aubrey's grip on Felicity's hair and jaw was frightening. She glared fiercely into the dark girl's fake blue eyes.
