A week has passed by.

I was starting to get used to the school campus.

Although Mizuki didn't show up throughout the week, An kept me company during my classes.

Some days I would eat lunch with Toya and An, and other days I'd eat with Tsukasa and the others.

An official week at Kamiyama, time sure flys.

I was currently sitting on a kitchen island stool, eating my breakfast.

"My, that Kamishiro kid seems to be already waiting for you outside. You still have 20 minutes before you leave for school, I'll let him the house." My mom, who just a few minutes ago was washing the dishes, was already out the door.

I didn't really pay attention to what she said, I was too tired to care.

"It's really no problem at all Rui. Take a seat and I'll serve you some breakfast!"

Rui took a seat next to me.

"Good morning (Y/N)-Chan~. How did you sleep last night?" Rui looked at me with a closed eyed smile.

"Rui?! Why are you here so early?!" Ever since the other day I was nearly late for school, Rui would walk with me to school and back. Sometimes Tsukasa and Nene would walk me home too.

"I had to make sure that you don't over sleep again~!" He said with a smirk.

My mother places a plate of bacon and eggs in front of Rui. She also placed a small bowl of salad on the side.

"Thank you Mrs. (L/N)." Rui said.

"Alright, eat then head off to school. Oh and (Y/N), darling, [Dog Name] should be arriving tomorrow from the veterinary." With that, my mom went upstairs, most likely to do some cleaning.

"[Dog Name]? You have a pet (Y/N)?" Rui looked at me in surprise.

"Oh yeah! I do! It's a pet dog! It got sick so it was staying at the vet." I'm happy I get to see my dog all healthy and happy again." [Dog Name] was my very first pet, I'm really happy I get to see it again!

I finished eating and when over to wash my dishes.

Rui ate the food, all except for the side of salad.

"(Y/N), you know how much I love your mothers meals but I sadly can't finish it all~ Would you be so kind and eat the salad? I don't want to make your mother sad~"

"Rui, that's not going to work on me."

Rui smiled. "It was worth a shot. I just can't eat the salad~ Please, just this once?"

This man isn't going to drop this anytime soon.

I sighed before ultimately giving in and eating the salad.

Rui smiled happily. "Thank you (Y/N)-Chan~"

I finished the salad and Rui and I were on our way to school.

"It's rather nice this morning~." Rui said softly.

Rui was right, it was warm but there was also a cooling breeze. I feel like today will be a good day.

"(Y/N)!!!"
