Y/n is an insomniac. She never sleeps. And when she does, she's always tired. Y/n's currently sitting at her kitchen counter with a cup of tea in front of her.
"Why are you awake?" Someone asks making Y/n turn around to see her dad.
"My meds ran out." Y/n says. Daniel nods and goes to the sink to get a glass of water. "Why are you awake?"
"Couldn't sleep." Daniel says. "Wanna go get ice cream?"
Y/n furrows her brows. "Now?" She asks and Daniel nods.
"Yeah. Now." He says.
"I guess." Y/n shrugs. So, she and her dad get into his car and drive to their favourite ice cream place and sit on the curb, eating their ice cream.
"Thanks for bringing me here." Y/n smiles as she eats her chocolate ice cream.
"Thanks for being awake the same time as me." Daniel chuckles. "We'll get you some more meds tomorrow."
"Don't you mean today?" Y/n asks. Daniel chuckles and nods.
