Chapter 14: attacking the camp

"Where's professor Port?" Jun asks, Jaune also notices as he wondered where Port was, as a horse passed by them but was followed by a large crocodile chasing after it

"Well there's your answer" Jaune replied

Flashback Start

"So what do we do?" Jun asked

Jaune looked back at the camp and saw they had a stable full of large crocodiles, he also notices that the crocodiles looked VERY hungry as they saw the crocodiles observing a barn full of donkeys, horses, chickens, and pigs pens that were strangely place next there

"Well...." Jaume smirks "I have a plan"

"Alright, what's your plan?" Jun asks

"Those crocodiles look awfully hungry, they've been staring to the animals pens so I say we let them out and give them a quick feast, but before that we'll need to sneak in and looking around it seems there's no way going in without being spotted.... unless we create a distraction first" Jaune explains as he took out a flare gun he got from the dune buggy

"I can do that" Jun said as Jaune turned too look at Jun, feeling worried for his new partner

"Are you sure?" Jaune asks

Jun nodded "My semblance is called Ghost, it allows me to run slightly faster and phase through objects and people, sadly I can't go through walls" Jun said as Port looked with intrest while Jaune nods

"Alright then, Professor Port" Port turns to look at Jaune "When Jun gives the signal open up the crocodile stable then the animal pens, think you can handle it" Jaune asks

Port gave him a hearty laugh "My boy, I may be old but I still got some fight in me" Port spoke enthusiastically making Jaune smile

"Alright then.... let's go" Jaune said as he gave the flare gun to Jun to which she immediately got up and started running down

Flashback End

Port was seen hiding behind a building with his left arm pierced by an arrow, despite Port causing a lot panic with getting all the animals it also caused him to be run over by some of the animals fleeing from the crocodiles, then he was spotted by some raiders and was chased down, he was able to kill two before his arm was shot causing him to drop Blowhard and flee

'I could do some hand-to-hand, but not at this state' Port spoke to himself and sighed, he then saw Jun, the Winchesters, and the council guards running up the valley making Port smile but soon he realizes something

'Where's Jau-' Suddenly a few raiders were sent flying past him, he peeked and saw Jaune who was looking around, probably for him

Port smiled as he runs to Jaune "Mr. Jaune!" Port yelled to which Jaune turned to look at him

Jaune responded and rushed at Port, then Jaune picked Port up and carried him over his shoulder as he ran up the valley

Port saw how the raiders didn't bother chasing after them since it seems they were busy trying to get their crocodiles back in control

Jaune soon arrives at the top and finds the dune buggy now filled with Jun in the front seat at the back were the council guards and the Winchesters, Jaune placed Port to the back and got to the driver's seat where he switches the buggy on then turns it around and drives them away

Meanwhile the raiders back at the camp were still trying to get control back over their crocodiles

One of the raiders ran up the valley and saw their dune buggy he watches and sees that they were heading to Shade Academy, the raider slides down and runs to the chief's home

He arrives at the chief's home where he enters inside and arrives in a throne room with someone sitting down, he soon kneels down

"Chief, I have terrible news, the ones that cause the attack have fled to Shade Academy" He spoke as the chieftain narrowed his gaze at him "What should we do?" The man asks waiting for a response from his leader

After a long silence the chieftain spoke "Gather all our scouts and have everyone prepare for an attack once they get those overgrown lizards in control, we'll attack Shade Academy, for our god!" The chieftain yells as the man nods

The man stood up and bows "For our god!" The man said as he runs outside making the chieftain smile

"Soon you'll recognize us Renekton...." The chieftain spoke with a sinister smile
